So I walked into this Pizza Hut and a sign was over the door saying Order at the counter if dining n and take a seat per management. First time. Eating in a pizza hut like this . So got the girls and found a place to sit. I walked up to the counter and stood there for about 5 minutes before anyone came to the counter to help me . Once the lady came to the counter she was pleasant and took my order . I ordered us a big box (with 1 medium cheese; 1 medium pepperoni , 1 order of cheese bread and an order of bbq boneless wings). Also got us a 2 liter brisk tea and an 2 liter Dr Pepper since this Pizza Hut didn’t have a fountain drink station. The order came out and it looked really good . The girls were over excited to try it. The food actually did taste great. Me and the girls enjoyed it. The bathroom was clean when I went to use it . Over all this was a moderate experience . The Atmosphere was interesting because the dining room was empty besides us and they didn’t have forks only plastic sporks to use. Would I come back ? Well the answer is yes but probably wouldn’t eat in do to the dining room having that Eire dead type of feeling .

The pizza has been raw in the middle the past 2 times I’ve ordered. The staff doesn’t care. Watched a girl come from her car, eat food, walk to the back, rub her lips because they were “cracking” and then make food. Never washed her dirty hands!! Straight nasty!!!

I live here in Bel Air so I come to the Bel Air location at 1216 Churchville rd on a monthly basis and every time the food is chef’s Kiss, the service is also great. Daneja who I believe to be the mngr. Is always smiling and super friendly and accommodating she even remembers my name and greets me when I walk in.I plan to move out of the area very soon and when I do I WILL pass as many pizza restaurants I have to just to get back to my Bel Air Pizza Hut. I thank you all,TOP NOTCH food and service!

Whoever set the timing and temp of their ovens need to go to every other Pizza Hut in the country and do the same. It. Is. Perfect. I’ve bought multiple pizzas here and they are all perfectly golden. I thought they only looked like that in the commercials.
And they get the job done fast. I walked from the hotel next door after giving them like 10 minutes, and I met the guy as he was loading it into the warming cabinet. No waiting. Sure, lucky timing, but the point is that they were fast enough for that to even be possible.
I live in hotels for my work. 3k-4k miles a month easy. I’ve been to a lot of places for food, and when you mention that you are in a hotel, you STILL have to ask for utensils. Not here. Every time I’ve gone in and mentioned a hotel, without prompting, they stopped and ask if I need plates and napkins. When I say yes, they hooked me up with more than I need for the pizza. Again, without prompting. It’s the little things. And they have always been very friendly every time I’ve been in there.
I can’t speak for all the time, but my experience is that this Pizza Hut is the model that the others should strive to emulate. And if I seem overly lavish in my praise, again, I’ve been to a whole lot of food places and it is rare to find one that does such a good job by their brand name that I feel it is well deserved. Your milage may vary of course.
I’d add pics, but the pizza was so good I already ate it all, so it’s kind of hard to take them. Pan crust with Garlic, Mushrooms, and Onions with light Garlic Parm sauce… mmmmm. Now I’m hungry again…

2 years later and yet still the same hut! Pick it up within the timeline given… got home, opened the box and this! This is what one person prepared… and then someone else cut and boxed and served up!! They were not busy soo… clearly the hut out pizza’d me!!!

You are not only personable but also attuned to the needs of your customers. Your genuine care for our happiness stood out during our wonderful conversation, and your warm spirit was uplifting. I am excited to make this my go-to spot whenever I drive through Maryland. This location will forever hold a special place for me. For anyone who has had a different experience, I can only assume it was due to a rush, as I visited when it was quiet and felt like gold. I truly hope others enjoy the same exceptional service that I received, and I believe they will.

Horribly managed store. Placed an order, drove 15 minutes to pick it up, just for the manager Jessica Blackwell to tell me that they didn’t have any Cheese, sauce, or dough. You can imagine my confusion that a pizza place would be completely out of all their ingredients. Not only that, after the manager informed me that they were all out of everything, she also told me that it was “no big deal” that I wasted my time. Horrible overall service. I will never spend my money here again!

huge disappointment ordered and prepaid for a contactless pickup… after being 18 minutes past the “ready by” time… checking in as instructed, calling and being hung up on twice we had to go inside and wait almost 5 more minutes with the order waiting ( in view ) before someone came to assist us.. the whole triple treat box looked sad (not as advertised and not in the advertised packaging) and was SERIOUSLY NOT WORTH THE MONEY the pizzas are both dry the cheese sticks over cooked only got half a cup of sauce…. and the cinnamon buns are literally the size of a quarter each. I have no intentions of returning… and doubt I’ll order pizza hut pizza again at this point.
