I recently visited Mika Cafe with my girlfriend and left truly impressed. From the moment we walked in, the entire team made us feel genuinely welcome.
The chef, manager, and waiters were exceptionally hospitable—attentive, friendly, and professional without being overbearing. Their warmth set the tone for a really enjoyable evening.
What stood out most was their willingness to customize. We asked for a fish pizza specially prepared for us, and they delivered it perfectly. It wasn’t on the regular menu, but they went out of their way to make it happen, and it turned out delicious—fresh ingredients, great flavors, and clearly made with care. That level of flexibility and customer focus is rare and much appreciated.
The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxed, ideal for couples or small groups. Service was quick and thoughtful throughout.
Highly recommend Mika Cafe if you’re looking for good food, excellent hospitality, and a place that truly cares about making your visit special. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you to the whole team!

had the mika shawarma wrap, it was delicious! i’m a bit picky about dressings but the tahini garlic sauce was super yummy. my friend got the the beef and cheese empanadas and he enjoyed them as well. food was fresh and made to order! we will be coming back next time we’re in town 🙂

Honestly let me start by saying I don’t have the options of giving 1/2 a star cause I was not pleased. I stopped here today Sunday on my way to the airport there wasn’t many people so I figured a nice hot caramel macchiato and a beef empanada would be great from this place well definitely a failed mission. The other customers were angry from waiting so long but I figured with good food it’s time consuming to create a masterpiece well was I wrong they had every reason to be angry for waiting but I was so dissatisfied and disappointed my coffee was not as I expected so I said ok let’s move on from that cause the beef empanada will make up for the dissatisfaction boy oh boy the greasiest dripping in old oil beef empanada I’ve ever had then to make matters worse one bite and I was soo upset this place was expensive and to top it off my boyfriend ordered a ham and cheese sort of chalupa and he got the cheese only and it was also horrible mind you we repeatedly asked for ham and cheese but this is one place we will not be visiting again in our travels, not even worth a picture cause we threw everything in the trash. Suggestion for owners if you have front staff make sure you train them well to listen to the customers when taking an order numerous times I saw a women come to the door of the kitchen confirming items on orders. Once again we were not pleased and definitely disappointed but overall way overpriced for the items we purchased.

I went to Mika cafe because of the variety of foods they offered, from traditional Venezuelan food to delicious shawarmas and gyros. Everything has a homemade flavor, and the service it’s amazing. This business is owner operated; and he’s the nicest person I ever seen in the food industry.
If you are in the area come and give it a try.
Also, the tequeños are handmade by the owner!!! It’s not the same tequeños they serve everywhere. And the coffee it’s delicious, a very good quality of coffee.

Small place, but big flavor! Everything we had was delicious! The Gyro was crazy good, better than most, tons of meat and lots of flavor. I would come back over and over for those Gyro. The shawarma was really good too, as was the empanadas!
