Just wanted a coffee and a bagel. Stood in there for about 10 mins with 3 people behind the counter. The person who was taking care of the drive thru was the only one that acknowledged me in the lobby. I didn’t appreciate the eye roll from the other young lady when I looked over to see if anyone was going to help. Keep in mind the gentleman behind that was also waiting just walked out and one of the staff members said “oh well”. Not a single hello, not a single can I help you, just “ I’ll be right there”. The food is good but the service is not. I understand people have there days, but if you didn’t want to deal or don’t want to deal with customers then find another job that doesn’t involve customer service.

MANAGER WAS RUDE, RUDE, RUDE, I WILL NOT ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!! Placed a pick up order (says open at 5am) get there about 5:30 try to go inside to get order but door is still locked, cool no problem, waited at speaker a min no answer so proceed to the drive thru window( Alicia the supposed manager )opens the window, i asked her what time does the doors open I have a mobile walk in order. Alicia then rudely with some random early morning attitude says “When he is done” talking about the gentleman there making food with her . Mind u its now past 5:30 doors still locked, my orders done just waiting to be picked up in mobile pick up area( I just wanted my order no drama on the side plz) She finally gives me my food and yup I told her that she was rude and asked for her name which she didn’t want to provide until I asked the gentleman next to her making food. If I had’t paid for my stuff already online I would of just left, but I tell you this NEVER AGAIN i will go out my way now to the other Dunkin establishment to avoid that kind of customer service. Blue Hills will not be getting my money anymore. Mad i have to even give you a 1 star to leave a review, deserve 0 with that attitude.

I went through the drive thru ordered my usual and a sandwich which was a plain bagel, extra bacon and cheese, toasted they gave me a sandwich with four little pieces of bacon cheese that wasn’t melted on a semi warm bagel. Wrapped it up and passed it to me. I didn’t like the presentation of the sandwich so I asked the heavyset jamaican girl at the window to have them toast my sandwich the cheese not even melted. She wasn’t pleased with my demand of them fixing my expensive $8.99 sandwich that they couldn’t even take the time to properly make for me and present it like their suppose to. The job she chose and give me attitude about the way her co worker made my sandwich. I am utterly disgusted with the customer service at this franchise. I come spend enough money here. I will not be treated that way. If you don’t like your job, kindly quit and let someone who takes pride into their work and what they do work there. Please and thanks

I’ve been going here for three years. I never had a Bad experience until now two young girls who don’t know what they’re doing with no manager on a shift. Forgot my order and I had to come all the way back for something I paid for. Customer service sucked

Food is great ! But if I order a meal and pay extra for cream cheese there should be no reason as to why one side of the bagel has none . This is the only dunkin location I go to that does this and catches an attitude even through you’re paying over a dollar for the add on . Then there’s no napkins or ketchup in the bag . Im highly disappointed.

The worst location, there is only about 2employees there that do well, all the other kids are disrespectful and poor service. They don’t want to work. They lock the dine in doors at 4 in the evening everyday with enough employees to cover. They turn it to drive through only at 3-4pm the young manager girl is rude the kids are rude.
Expect a 20min wait because drive through they only focus, even drive through you will burn 1/4 tank in line.

I went to this place to order a coffee. I decided to go inside because the drive thru had a few cars lined up. I go inside up to the register and wait for someone to come up to the counter. I wait about 5 minutes and nobody has approached yet. I see some employees working on drive thru orders. After a few more minutes pass, one employee comes up and puts a drawer containing some money into a register but doesn’t acknowledge me. The employee just walks away. Really. Then I hear him tell the drive thru people that there is a customer at the counter. I hear someone say OK. However nobody comes over to take my order. After that I left. I understand that drive thru has to get taken care of. But one of the employees could’ve taken my order. There were enough of them there. I was the only customer inside.
