I am a volunteer with the East Longmeadow Scholarship Foundation and Starbucks has provided coffee and hot chocolate at many of our events. This is how I got my food today and I was waiting for my two drinks for a half an hour it should not take that long. All they care about is online orders and not the people that walk in and order stuff, and all the workers were doing today was talking to one another. Get better service at Dunkin’ Donuts.

it was my first time going to this location, after i ordered my drink i noticed the baristas handling other orders nicely, putting full effort to making drinks but when it was time to make my drink everything was made poorly. i ordered a matcha while other customers did the same. my matcha order is very simple and it was made horrible where as the others came out beautifully. my matcha was disgustingly brown, watered down, there was definitely a weird vibe there as i was the only person of color there. i will not ever come back as all i wanted was to get a drink and go. the secret animosity toward people of color needs to be studied.

Starbucks at East Longmeadow is a comfy Cafe only store situated in a very nice plaza. They have very friendly and knowledgeable employees that really connected with me. Armin struck me as a very informative employee that really guided me through my ordering experience and chatted up the most engaging conversation (that I’ve had at Starbucks) with me. Haven’t no drive through really allows them to connect more with valued customers (such as myself) and establish that Third Place vibe we oh so cherish. Thank you Starbucks of East Longmeadow.

I went in today for two large ice waters, and was denied because I did not purchase anything else from the store and I politely offered to pay for both of the waters and still got denied because there was “no way of charging that” won’t be getting any of my money anymore
