This is honestly the best Mexican food my family has had since being in Mexico. The food is tastier and spicier than any place around. All the seafood tastes fresh and delicious. This place was recommended to me by a friend and we are so glad we went. We had the camarones a la kora, chapuzon del Mar and the filete de pescado. I would recommend all three of those dishes. They are excellent!

Came across this place by accident while I was hunting down Puerto Rican food. We love a hole in the wall and decided to stop and look at the menu. SO GLAD WE DID! Try the Carne Asada or the Karlito’s Seafood Special both pictured below. And don’t forget your fried tortillas with the chori-queso dip. OMGAAAHHHHH. IT ALL SLAYED.

Food here is good don’t get me wrong. But the service is terrible. I have waited over 2 hours and people who got here after me were helped first and received food way before my family and I did. Once we realized that everybody else was being treated way better than us we decided to leave and didn’t even wait for our food. That isn’t how restaurants should treat their customers.

I was taken there by a friend that recently moved to South Carolina. I am a big Seafood guy and love everything seafood. I ordered the Camarones a la Diabla, which are made with Habanero chiles in this case… I enjoyed them quite a bit, but for the average American, I am sure this is a very very spicy dish. My friend ordered the camarones cucaracha, … the textrure of those shrimp was amazing and the taste was milder and tasty….
The Limonada drink was outstanding. I will be coming back to South Carolina soon, I will make a point to stop back here again.
