Paid $40 for a pizza and breadsticks. My order was delivered on time but the food was cold and incorrect. They forgot my ranch and the pizza was not made as ordered. Why give the option for well done if it’s not cooked that way. All the toppings were under the cheese. It made the pizza soggy and there was a TON of cheese on it. Just disappointed I paid almost $50 with a tip and the order was not right.

Ordered 8 pizzas from papa John’s last minute for a kids party in Heath Ohio after another establishment lost my order. With no time the whole papa John’s crew tonight saved the night. Pizzas were amazing and staff /customer service was top notch. I will be back very soon. Killed it.

The shop does great. I can place an order on my way home, and it usually takes them 10 minutes or less to get my order complete. Food is great, but not always consistent… Still pretty good though.

The service at this Papa John’s is exceptional. I placed an order in advance for a certain time. I drove from Dayton to Heath (hour and 40 minutes) and I’ll be darned, the pizza was just coming out of the oven as I walked thru the door on time. I place the order for 5 pizzas.

Irderd a pizza and they did not listen to the directions that i put, I told them to go under the car port at my school and they went to a random driveway and never called me. On the app it said the pizza was delivered and was no where to be seen so I called them and told them that we didn’t have pizza and they said that they called me and they never did. they said that they will be able to come back 30 minutes later. I told them that I just wanted a refund and no pizza and they rudely said no way.

I haven’t ordered in a year because my order was never correct. I complained a year ago about a $70 order that was missing items I paid for and everything was made wrong and no one ever got back with me. So I finally decided to try again. The pizza was good, except I ordered and paid for 3 xtra orders of peperoncinis . I received 4, for almost $4? We don’t even get any with the pizza like you normally get.

We had placed our order at 4pm and did a delayed delivery for 6. We are 5 minutes from the location but they were 20 minutes late and I was unable to track my delivery so I attempted to call them and was on hold for 10 minutes and still no one had picked up. We have ordered from this location before with no luck but thought we’d try them again….not planning on any future orders.
Update: We have since then decided to order and have not been disappointed. We always order online with no problem now, the tracker is accurate, the drivers are extremely pleasant and the food is great. Keep this up guys and your reviews will soar.

By far, the worst pizza I’ve ever had from Papa John’s! The cheese was runny, under-cooked and super greasy! I ordered the new Dippa and it was cut like someone wearing a blindfold attacked it with kids scissors. This is the 2nd time in a row my order from this location was 100% underwhelming. There won’t be a 3rd.
