I don’t love how the duo and trio prices went up by 1.00$! The app still says otherwise.
SERVICE: When I asked the guy at the first window he just looked at me and went (uhhh ???) As the window closed half way then proceeds to take the order behind me. Ok whatever.

Not only did I wait 20 mins in the line which had 3 cars infront of me. I Didn’t even get my full order in the bag..
also don’t worry, I put my own pickles on my burger since you can’t seem to do your job right ♀️ ♀️ this was a joke.
Update: 5 months later and I thought well, kids want Burger King let’s try it again might be different.. I was SO wrong. Not only did i have to wait 20 mins in the drive threw bring the ONLY car there.. My kids couldn’t even eat there nuggets cause half of them were stuck together and not cooked completely. As the picture is shown ♀️ also the fried pickles… so disappointing. Didn’t even get full pieces and it was not even a quarter full… so irritating. I’ve worked kitchen for years, have never been so shocked with how horrible the service is there. It’s fast food…. Not a dine in restaurant waiting for your order. I’m sorry but if anyone is looking for a quick drive through DO NOT go here. If I could rate it a 0 star I would, sadly…

The wait time in the drive thru is way too long, about 20 minutes with only 3 cars in line. I ordered the large breakfast burrito, it had enough of the funky sauce for about 4 burritos, the bacon was almost completely uncooked, waste of $11.00.

Will never return to this burger king ever again. This morning I waited about 30 minutes for a couple of breakfast sandwiches and a large cup of coffee. When they got all my food prepared they informed me that it was going to be another 10 min had to make coffee I politely asked if I can get my money back for the coffee could not really wait anymore.then I spoke to the manager and politely express my feelings and saying I understand that it was really busy then she started to go on a power trip and escalated the situation then I got mad she then told to leave with out my food or refund I will never come back here again and hope others wont either if this is how management treat customers

Me and my fiance have been coming to Burger King for years and every time we go, we usually have good made food, especially when Coma is working but these last couple nights we been going he hasn’t been working, but whoever has been keeps getting our food wrong and we would ask for our stuff fresh and it was never fresh anymore. Like it’s to the point where my mozzarella sticks literally are rubber cheese in the middle, which is not OK. This is absolutely ridiculous and I’m very disappointed in this company that even added 2.7 star rating they’re not doing nothing to fix anything around there.

The service is extremely slow, at all times of the day despite how busy or not they are. My food is either cold or completely the wrong order. The staff is very dismissive and does not seem to care about providing a good service for their customers.

Beautiful interior! Most everything super spotless…. (Staff: Be sure to wipe down these windowsills and door windows next…) Came here for breakfast and got my order very quickly. Dining room the perfect temperature in this early morning.

This should be a a zero rating! My first and last time going to this location! I went through the drive through before my son’s football practice to order a whopper with cheese no bun no pickle no ketchup. Got to practice and there was a burger patty with cheese lettuce and onion but no mayonnaise and no tomato’s. So I went back to get the mayonnaise/tomatoes. When I explained what was missing on my whopper with cheese Jill whom I believe was the manager rudely threw away my whopper and remade my whopper. When she gave it to me she said we don’t add mayonnaise or tomato to low carb options! First off I was thinking I didn’t order anything as a low carb option. I ordered and paid for a whopper with no bun no pickles no ketchup. Then when I looked at what was on my remade whopper by Jill I saw that she didn’t put the cheese I paid for. When I spoke up to Jill calmly saying you forget the cheese for my whopper. Jill rudely said you should have said that when I went to remake it. I did!!! I was so upset with how horrible the customer service Jill represented that I couldn’t even eat the food I paid for! In fact the only reason I know the name to speak of here is because when I went back to my car I was so upset by the way I was treated so I went back into the establishment to directly ask this female managers name. As I left upset Manger Jill condescendingly said have a nice day. All Jill had to do was give me a side of mayonnaise and tomato. But instead she treated me like I did something wrong and she gave me a cold burnt patty with unmelted cheese plus toppings. I will be calling corporate to complain about who they have managing things for there company! I’ve never been treated like this when purchasing food.

Not only do they frequently mess your order up, imagine having to argue with the person at the drive-thru because you’re reading off things on the screen and they’re telling you that that can’t be done…. Or it doesn’t exist
