I spent $20 on my coffee break and was rudely asked to leave after sitting in their spacious, empty lot for 10-15 minutes. I was in a mid-sized commercial vehicle, and I could understand if the lot was full, but it was far from it at that time.

Honestly i dont like to give no bussines a bad review but i have give this store many chances . Service is horrible kids on drive -thru makig voices or fun or custumers . They couldnt make a simple coffe following client request like i ask for my caramel machiatto with skin milk and 3 sugar i cant even call this a coffe is was the worst coffe i ever try same with the food i ask for a bacon egg and chesse in a everything bagel toasted they guve me a cold sandwich . I understand these are young mennand womans but they need to do better..

Leaving this because they lock the bathrooms and only allow customers to use it, which I guess is fine in most cases, but I’m a federal worker that works on the street and sometimes I need to use a bathroom on the clock and they gave me a hard time about it saying I need to buy something. I order from this Dunkin pretty often as it is, I’m regularly here in this area, so that sort of treatment is honestly pretty unacceptable to me. I’m clearly in uniform just trying to do my job and stop by for a quick bathroom break, to be denied is wrong in my opinion.

This dunkin donuts has the rudest manager in the morning I called to explained a mishap yesterday that always happened to me she offered to replace it …this morning i went back and she totally was so ruded yelling at the window telling rhat her employee did what she was supposed to do … i never she didnt as said i didnt get it that why iasked for it and its difference than saying she didnt do it i was so taken back by the way handled the situation i didnt want nothing for free she offered I almost told her to keep it not only that she asked me if I wanted my penny back from my change I said yes becaue if i wouldve asked them to let me slide ror a couples they wouldve have said no she slammed the cents in my hand

Food sucked asked for a everything bagel with sausage egg and cheese and it was cold not toasted the middle of my sandwich was cold and I ordered a large but I got a medium cappuccino and the cup was damn near empty with a lot of foam and the place was fully staffed they need to do better spend money on food that I can’t eat what a shame.
