I got a New York steamer for my wife and myself on Valentine’s Day because she loves them. It was the worst sandwich from firehouse ever. The meat was white it made us both sick and when I contacted the company, they passed it on to management and then nothing. I will never go back to this place again. My wife has now found that McAlister deli makes a sandwich similar to the New York steamer and she is happy to go there instead.

Ordered a turkey bacon ranch medium sub meal . Asked specifically for no mayo and no ranch because it makes the sub soggy and they made it with mayo no tomato. After the pickup I tried to eat it and could not because it was so mushy and full of mayo and the meat was scarce. I won’t be eating here again. This is the second time I have eaten subs from her and had mushy subs. The price is ridiculous for what you get as well.

This location is convenient to where we live and we genuinely enjoy the food, however every time we go in we regret our decision because of the service. On our most recent visit, we placed an online order just after 8, with a pick up time of 8:30. We arrived at the pickup time and our food wasn’t ready – no big deal. Our food hadn’t been started yet though and the staff seemed unaware that there were orders to complete. While waiting for our food, the staff proceeded to complain and make fun of customers, specifically those who come in within the last hour of service. We are not ones to complain but this experience needed to be noted as we will not be returning due to it.

Been YEARS since I set foot into a Firehouse because of their prices. Subs still as good as ever, and staff still as friendly too. It was a nice “memory lane” lunch.
But DANG it’s hard to pay almost $18 for a combo; Lg Steamer w Reg Drink. (it’s not because of the current inflation, post-pandemic supply chain troubles completely – stopped going back in 2018 when my combo went to almost $16)

Food was made incorrectly. When attempting to reach out, was told I lied about the wait time and that a dasher didnt pick my food up in a timely manner (I did a mobile order 10 minutes before arriving at the store, and waited in the store another 15 minutes while watching others that arrived after me get their dine in orders before I got mine). My sub was made incorrectly and they gave the wrong chips.

The two boys running the joint were unfortunately too busy fussing with each other to make our sandwiches correctly. One sandwich was completely missing all of its add on ingredients and one was missing half of its add ons in our pickup order. The first thing I heard when I walked into the building was the guys arguing loudly over who knows what but I’m sure the only other people at a table in there could tell you. I just wanted my sandwich right, man.

Every time I go to this location the black guy working never speaks and looks like he absolutely hates being bothered with customers, never speaks and looks like he hates life. He’s in the wrong profession. Also, tonight between him and another guy, only one of them was working and our food YET AGAIN was messed up. This is the 3rd time in a row. We spent over $62 for messed up food. THREE STRIKES AND YOU ARE OUT!
ALSO WHY HAVE “CHOPPED PICKLES” ON YOUR MENU IF YOUR EMPLOYEES REFUSE TO CHOP A PICKLE?!?”
If the manager is reading this, you need to fire some people and hire some folks that know how to read and are actually willing to work. NEVER AGAIN!
