I have stopped to this location couple times before work like 6am & EVERY SINGLE TIME the same lady has helped me in the drive thru today I heard her name “Pilar” she is by far the most NICEST person that has ever ever helped me at any jack in the box. Her customer service is AMAZING!!!!!! Making sure she repeats the order when hanging over the food same as the drinks! She makes me smile because I feel like ppl be rude and get super overwhelmed when working in fast food specially in the drive thru. But Pilar is amazing! Just wanted to give her 5 stars!

Fatima, had absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I will not step foot in this location ever again. I asked for a simple exchange for food the same value I had paid for since my six year old was unhappy with the taste of the hamburger meat. Fatima had no care to make us a happy customer instead sent us on our way with a store phone number that no one answered when I asked for a corporate number, I confirmed if I was given the stores number or corporate and she confirmed it was for corporate. Such a huge waste of time over a $2.59 item when she could have just had proper customer service and accommodated our complaint.

The worse tacos i have ever had. The lettuce was 1 table spoon worth of wilted stuff, with 1 dolop of supposedly cheese, wrapped up in a greasy, hard corn tortilla. I am left wondering how much they paid for the great reviews I was sick to my stomach. I will never trust any Jack in the box again. A totally horrible experience.

I went here and got 2 breakfast jacks and some fry’s food came out fast enough but when I get home to eat BOTH eggs on my sandwich had green spots and as I took it apart there was hair I’m just extremely disappointed I understand stuff happens BUT HAIR AND GREEN EGGS come on jack in the box do better-

I ordered the double patty melt meal and the meat was dry and the onions was not cook also the cheese was not even melted, tasted bad! Fries was cold and it looks as it came from the bottom of the bag short and full of salt! My husbands classic buttery jack’s meat was also nasty! People work hard to make money people! Not to buy nasty food and to get home hungry and waste money on these nasty food! Do the job right! I would rather wait than to have these nasty food! Make it right please! I know a lot of your employees don’t care beacuse they don’t have to eat it or not their money to spend and they are getting paid no matter what! Do your job right please! You don’t even deserve 1 star! Been A while since I was at this location and it’s worse! You call these curly fries and crispy chicken tenders? The price of the food is higher and the quality is worse then ever! Burned chicken dry and what ever these is they called curly fries! What a shame laugh as you take our hard earned money for that.

Had not been to Jack in the Box for about 3-4 years. Received some coupons and decided to try it. I ordered the $17.00 meal deal (2 burgers, 2 chicken sandwiches, 4 tacos, 2 fries)….well worth the money. The meal was for Auntie and myself. We enjoyed it, the burgers are really great tasting and the tacos were also good. Had to store the rest…..that was definitely a bit more than we are used to eating.
