Do not come here honey. There was no acknowledgment at all. This fella SEEN me and my daughter standing at the counter, so I went to the kiosk, but I didn’t pay because I didn’t want any smoke with not getting my food and wanting my money back. BUT baby doll wanted McDonalds so I decided to stay. He did the same thing to someone else who came in no acknowledgment no nothing. Just working in the drive-through like no one was standing inside the restaurant, even though he literally laid eyes on us. Once my food was done, he just said it on the counter and walked away. He never even told me my food was ready.
Sad case is, he’s the manager. Terrible customer service working in a customer service industry, that has always been diabolical to me. No wonder he works at a place. He does not like, he needs to spread his misery somewhere.
Even though I’m just passing through, I know for sure, To make note of never returning to that one again.

Just glance at their reviews. Literally worst McDonalds EVER! Just scammed me out of $50 of food because the entire staff is LAZY! Placed a breakfast order online before the breakfast deadline. Due to their lazy, incompetant, slow staff, the wait in the drive thru lane took forever. By the time I finally got up to the window it was 2 minutes past 11am. They refused to give me my order. No reason they couldn’t besides pure and utter laziness. This staff is rude and disgusting. Contacting corporate to report theft! Great job LAURA the manager! You handled that situation like a true professional. That’s why you’re working at McDonalds at your age, pathetic!

The food is usually almost always good, and the service is okay. The only problem that there seems to be is when you go up and you try to talk to them. Especially if you go up to the cash register to order food. Usually, they don’t pay attention to you for 5 minutes unless you try to get their attention. If anything, use the kiosks. They’re so much faster.
Definitely recommend getting the chicken nuggets and fries though!

Seen a woman in here waiting for order. She was commenting to staff about it, they said order didn’t go through. Staff was extremely rude to her. Girl was stating she was the manager asked her to leave, said she could do what she wanted because she was the manager. Girls name tag said Alayna. She was short, larger girl, thick clear glasses. Very rude employee.
Update: I made this review yesterday and the said girl in my message found and harassed me on Facebook. I had to block her. Once I know mgt has seen this review I will take it down so I do not get further retaliation.

This is the worst experience I have EVER had with a McDonalds restaurant, I had just recently ordered some food with my family and they took around 7-10 minutes just to even PAY; and to top it all off me and my son’s Mcchicken was RAW. 39.99 down the drain. Do not recommend.

This place will mess up your order every 3 or 4 times (I know, I’ve gone here several times per month for over a year). The employees are very unprofessional. I’ve witnessed an employee babysitting their child while working. The same employee I witnessed start arguing with said child in the middle of taking someone’s order. The staff here seem lazy and incompetent, but the food is fine as long as they don’t mess the order up.

Killian who works there was giving staff a hard time while there and when my food was taking forever, I walked up and asked if I needed to come up and get it. He had some sass with me and said you are waiting on hashbrowns. As soon as he saw me sit back down he called my number. Just absolute horrible customer service.

Dropped in to order food for dinner. Our fries were eyes cold. Both of my cheeseburgers were as flat as a pancake. When I called to complain she said well I replaced the fries I asked for her name so I could call corporate. She refused to give me her name. I would not recommend this place
