On 7-26-22 I visited the college drive Subway sandwich shop in Baton Rouge Louisiana.
The woman waiting on me was wearing earbuds and was having a conversation with someone on her cell phone sticking out of her back pocket. I could not tell if she was talking to me or to the person on her phone conversation. When she spoke to me and asked a question I would start to answer her question only for her to interrupt me while talking to her telephone conversation.
This and other very disconcerting Versions over interruptions continued throughout the entire interaction with her.
It is difficult to express how rude and distasteful this experience actually was.
To the manager and owner I say to you, you need to hire people with manners and enough intelligence to know the difference between right and wrong. I am a business owner also and I understand the difficulties. This is an age old problem, this is nothing new in dealing with human beings. Get on the stick man and run your business with a very very high regard for the sensibilities of your clientele.

Used the waitr app to have it delivered. On the website it gives the options for fountain drinks for kids meals. I get a call that it’s not suppose to have it and it’s an upcharge. I tell the waitr girl I’m not sure what to do because I already paid and that is what we want to order and the website had it as an option. She comes and delivers the drinks and food. The kids sandwiches look sloppily made. I was also suppose to have 2 extra juice boxes, she only had one. I asked of the other was with her. She apologetically told me the lady wouldn’t let her even though it was on my order “since I was getting free upgraded fountain drinks”. Will not order from there again. They need to work with Waitr to fix the drink issue not take it out on customers.

Ordered through grubhub. Got a chicken bacon ranch salad with black olives and guacamole, chips, and a water. Order showed up with no chips. No guacamole or black olives on the salad and bacon wasn’t cooked. Total that I was charged was more than what the app said it would be. Tried to call their number, out of service. Tried to call walmart, girl hung up on me when I asked to speak to someone in the subway. Won’t be doing that ever again.

Very lazy employees. Just went to pick up a DoorDash order the employee told me she didn’t make it and proceeded to ask the customer after me what they wanted as if my order wasn’t important. I was skipped over after I drove to the store for a specific order. Maybe don’t accept doordash or ubereats if this is how you’re gonna do business
