We wanted Hibachi style food and not the dining experience so we found STIR. It was worth it. The food was well seasoned and freshly made to order. The customer service was phenomenal. We ordered a few things to get the full experience, chicken fried rice, chicken egg rolls, crab rangoon, and loaded fries. I highly recommend and will visit again.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered a dish as shown in the menu picture and explicitly mentioned I wanted it exactly as presented. However, when the bill arrived, I was shocked to see an additional charge for ingredients that were supposed to already be included in the dish. When I questioned this, the excuse was that they had added “more than usual” because the normal portion is just a pinch.
At no point was I informed that this would incur an extra charge. The lack of transparency and poor communication is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the staff’s attitude was dismissive and unapologetic. This is a clear example of bad service and shady business practices. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for honest, quality service.

The Sesame chicken and steamed rice is a great choice, HUGE PORTIONS, a bit pricey but absolutely worth it!! one staff member in the store but he was super friendly and fast! Definitely recommend checking it out especially if you like Asian cuisine!

Okay, buckle up, food lovers, because I just had an experience that redefined fried rice for me.
This unassuming little place tucked away near the Collinville Walmart is awesome! I ordered the hibachi fried rice (spicy with beef), and from the first bite, I knew this wasn’t your average fried rice.
Every grain of rice was perfectly cooked, infused with this incredible smoky flavor that I can only guess came from a blazing hot wok. The vegetables – crisp, colorful, and oh-so-fresh – were clearly hand-picked at the peak of their season. And the beef tasted tasted great and was tender.
But here’s the kicker: the sauce. Oh, that glorious sauce! It was a masterful blend of savory, sweet, and spicy, coating every ingredient in a symphony of flavor.
Honestly, I’ve had fried rice countless times before, but this? This was different. It was, without a doubt, one of the best fried rice I have ever had.
It does feel a little pricey but the portions are huge and honestly everywhere you go is expensive these days. I did wait a little while but I caught them at a lunch rush and the guy helping (assumed the owner) was apologetic and came out to the table to make sure everything was good. I’ll definitely wait for good food and good service!
If you’re a fan of fried rice, or even if you just appreciate good food and great service, do yourself a favor and head to STIR. You won’t regret it.

I’m very in love with everything about this business. From the amazing, hard workers who never fail to put a smile on my face, to the absolutely exceptional food. This man is pure genius, there should be more of these than McDonald’s!! Fresh food, they cook in front of you and all. Only thing they need is a bigger restaurant, and more locations! We happily drive all the way from highland frequently. Keep being the best at what you do! Thank you
