Its been a long tine since I have dined in kfc. The food was amazing. It was rather quiet and cozy. It didn’t look like three inches of grease on every surface. It was very clean. I highly recomend the chicken tenders. I can’t say enough about how great this staff was. If its been awhile for you. Dine in kfc muscatine.

Ordered take out, got home 20 miles away and found I did not get all of my order. Only two people covering dinner rush time, had to wait to order, and wait for food. While waiting I heard to one employee call someone and asked them to come in. Apparently they refused, I wished the poor guy good luck. They owe me one chicken bowl.

The mashed potatoes tasted burnt. which made my chicken bowl taste nasty . They were out of Mac cheese and biscuits too during dinner rush and there was no ice in the pop machine either . If I eat here again I’ll only get the chicken from now on .

The worst food I have ever had. The worst customer service in the world. If there was an option for no stars id absolutely give it to this store. The employees have no understanding of customer service. I love chicken sandwiches so i went in to get a simple chicken sandwich. The employee was being extremely rude so I said “hey can u have just a little bit more customer service” and to that she denied me service and when I went out to my car she followed me and recorded pictures of me and my vehicle. Do not go here if u want any level of customer service. Employees have no problem recoding video or photos of customers and there vehicles without approval.

Walking in, I see the concrete is black from filth, then as I go to open the door I see spider webs that aren’t Halloween decor. It made me wonder if the dining room was open. Well it was, but honestly I should have walked out. The floors were filthy. That mop bucket was bone dry, nothing even in it. It was surrounding what looked like a milkshake spill on the floor that never got cleaned up, I watched a kid come out and wheel them to the back without cleaning anything so yeah they were just for show and the mess was left untouched. While I waited for my bowl to be brought out the girl who approached cursed which I thought was pretty fitting for the building and my experience. I’m not sure why the floor is this filthy considering the business isn’t very busy. Aren’t you supposed to clean in your downtime? Of all places I’ve been, I can honestly say this is one of the filthiest establishments I’ve ever been to and I can’t say I’d be surprised if they closed and jobs got lost. I won’t be back, I’m not sure how much I trust that anything is cleaned the way it should be. You should all be embarrassed. I won’t return in any capacity. Kind of stinks cuz my kids and I like the famous bowls.

We visited the Muscatine location, Saturday afternoon around 1 pm. We ordered a KFC Famous bowl with no gravy and a 4 pc whole wings meal, extra crispy. We were asked to pull ahead as they said fresh popcorn chicken was being made. We waited about 15 minutes. The employee came out with our order and thanked us. My wife checked her famous bowl and it was oozing with gravy. I looked up the number on Google maps. I called and I explained the problem. They apologized and brought out a replacement bowl. We got to our second destination to eat our meals and found my crispy chicken extra extra extra crispy as you can see by the photo. Having been employed by Yum brands twenty years ago, I know this chicken was very overcooked. It’s unfortunate, in these times, and these people who worked through the pandemic, deserve a raise and high praise. However, when you receive food like we did, we reevaluate our thoughts. Hope you do better in the future.

Food was terrible, overcooked dry chicken with soggy breading, horrible service, I told the guy I’ve been craving KFC and he just laughed, shook his head and walked away to finish his conversation before taking my order. The place was filthy, the staff was walking around talking and joking and looking at their phones instead of doing their jobs or cleaning the store. I will never go back to this KFC. The staff need to be fired and the store needs to be permanently shut down.
