Five guys is overpriced but pretty decent. My food may have been decent the night that I got it if they had followed instructions.
I can’t really blame it on them. It was five guys birthday and they had a buy one get one Burger promotion. Clearly not staffed for it.. you couldn’t move, line was out the door. Nothing against the store itself, I blame corporate for all this. I drove 45 minutes to get the crappiest Burger of my life. My 35.00 would have been better spent at Burger King.
Giving a three stars across the board because it wasn’t the stores.

Food is good as with 5 Guys standards.
I did not appreciate the cook trying to take my order across the restaurant as im walking up to the register and then have to repeat to the cashier.
Cashier thought running his hand under running water for 3 seconds (if that) without soap is cleaning his hands.

I can’t rate the food because I ended up getting a refund. I’m a truck driver and I’ve walked to this location from the TA before, that time the service was fair to middling but nothing spectacular. This time however, including tip I ordered around $25 worth of food. I sat down to wait for my order and went to get some sweet tea. There was only water coming out so I informed the employees that it needed refilled, they said they would. I waited a while longer, still no order, then went to check it and still no sweat tea. I advised a different employee, he said he would take care of it. Finally got my order and went to check again and still no sweet tea. I went back to the counter and a guy working the grill asked what I needed, I told him about the tea. He paused a mimen and responded that they were out. It would’ve been simpler to just inform your customers when they order, or at least the first or second time they inform you of the issue. Between that and the general uncleanliness of the whole place (it smelled like BO) I told them I was going to need a refund. They refunded my money and said sorry. Yes, this Five Guys location is sorry. This is the only bad location I’ve been to, that’s the hell of it. Whoever the manager is should be replaced immediately.

Not good customer service here. I ordered fries only initially and did pay for them, but shortly thereafter, my spouse actually wanted the burger meal. So I asked to cancel the fries and get the combo. The guy at the register asked the guy behind him if he could do that, and he shook his head no. Would it really be difficult to cancel and reorder??? My mistake was for paying $8+ for fries. To boot, the fries were overly salty and I could not finish them. Never again!

As my first five guys experience I was very shocked at how good the food was. The burger was juicy and had nice toppings. The shakes were very good, but the fries were pretty limp and not crunchy and over salted. Would recommend overall though if you’re in the area

Staff that helped me were very friendly, and the food was great. Was a bit pricey compared to the surrounding fast food places but I think the food made up for it.

Visited our local Five Guys today for dinner and had one of the best experiences at a fast food restaurant I’ve had in a long time! Jaden, the manager, was incredibly helpful, charismatic and patient. It was clear that he takes good care of his staff, and he had no problem helping the team (Rick and Eric) fulfill orders! Rick and Eric did an amazing job, also, as our food was delicious and our order was fulfilled swiftly. Thank you, Ashland Five Guys!

After a long day at work I had the most pleasant experience grabbing a quick dinner on the way home!! Jaden was enthusiastic, quick and attentive to the multiple customers ordering while also manning the grill until his coworker returned. His coworkers Shamar and Caydence also helped to foster an environment that was clean, respectful and friendly!! Great smiles on this evening shift crew! Best Five guys in the area!!

Hadn’t had Five Guys in a minute. This was delicious & super fast considering its made fresh. ✔ I would visit again. Only thing, is that 2 cheeseburgers, 2 drinks, & small fry was $40.00. So, if you have a large family, be prepared for that expense :). Still, was nice to enjoy some good food and sit down at the restaurant/eat it. I feel it was worth it. I had forgotten how good their burgers are. They remind me of Roy’s …a little. Yum.
