I believe they stretched a large dough to family size, or it was not made correctly to begin with, and it fell through the oven grate. I have never had this problem before.
Lately, the staff at this location has been sketchy and only getting worse.
The employees also seemed to hate working here. It took 15 minutes or so before anyone even came out from the kitchen to help. By this time there was a decent group of people waiting. Pretty disappointing.
