Very reasonably priced food at the outlets. Fresh and delicious. Their big chicken signature sauce is the best one out of all the sauces. Very friendly staff and the food came out quickly. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

2 people can dine in for about $30. One of the few dining places in this mall. Kudos to Joseph who was most friendly and took the time to answer our questions and take our order. We visited on an uncrowded Wednesday and the facility is clean and bathroom is adequate. As for the food: a culinary trauma. The Big Cali is a jumbled mess of watery avocado, days old bacon and mushy bun. The Pit Boss is a tower of unremarkable BBQ sauce, cheese and a tiny onion ring. One pickle! At least the lemonade is delicious. Permit me to say that all the dining in this mall is terrible and expensive.

This was our first time visiting big chicken within the commons.

At first, I was like oh look another celebrity with another restaurant. Big Chicken is Shaquille O’Neal’s restaurant.

The dining area was clean and they were plenty of tables and chairs to pick from. This was our first time here like I mentioned, so the lady was really walking us through the menu because we were basically drooling over everything.

I ended up getting a five piece chicken strip combo meal, which came with french fries and a drink. I was able to split that with my daughter who was eight and we still had food left over.

My husband opted in for the “Shaq attack” which originally is a sandwich/burger however he opted in for lettuce instead of a bun and grilled chicken instead of fried chicken. It was packed for a ton of flavor.

It did take a good minute for our food to come out however, I’m not really upset about that . We were the only customers at the end of the day. I rather the cooks create the meals fresh instead of having them sitting underneath a lamp or something like that.

Next time I go shopping I’m definitely stopping back in there.

Service was good. Food is average, but not bad for a shopping experience. The chicken was good but the flavor average. I was hopeful – potential is there with the menu they have.

Big Chicken is on another level

I’ve had plenty of Chick-fil-A in my life, but Big Chicken hands down has the best chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had — no question. Everything about them was hitting — the crunch, the flavor, the size — just perfect.

The fries were fire too. Crispy, seasoned just right — not one of those soggy batches. Even the side sandwiches like the El Shaqito were banging, and the cheese curls? Lowkey underrated. The strawberry lemonade flavor was crazy good too

You gotta try that cookies and cream milkshake. That joint was smooth, creamy, and straight up delicious.

If you go, make sure you download the app — they hook you up with some solid perks that make it even better, especially if you’re coming back (which you definitely will lol).

It’s not too bad, but not too great. Was expecting a little more with the food. Ended up with a sandwich that wasn’t really packed with flavor. The tenders were too hot to eat and Fries were okay. For drinks we tried the lemonade which ended up being so sweet, I couldn’t enjoy it. The place is interesting inside, “Can you dig it?” Overall everything was alright.

We stopped for a quick bite and thought the food was very good. The chicken tenders are well seasoned and cooked and the Shaq Attack sandwiche was good with a nice bit of spice.

We also liked the milkshakes (we got the peanut butter chip milkshake).

We like definitely recommend this place for a quick bite if you’re at the outlets!

Honestly not impressed it was very basic stuff. The fries were more warm than hot, the chicken was slightly over cooked however seasoned well. It’s not a place I’d say is a must have. It was nice to try it, would I say it’s better than Wendy’s? Absolutely! However it’s not a place I’d go out of my way to have again.

For $30 for 2 people, I just can’t say the value was there either. I’ve had amazing chicken before that I’d happily pay that, but this place isn’t it.

Food was far more delicious than I was expecting for a chain chicken restaurant. Chicken was juicy, seasoned, and cooked to perfection. Store is tidy and employees are nice. Food came out after a moment and I could tell it was being cooked fresh. And the meal was only $10.60 which is such a great price for the quality. Would 100% come back
