Typical kfc. Building seems new. Wait was short. I want inside. Wife had the 3 piece. With coleslaw, mashed potatoes, busquits, legs, she was pleased, with it. I tried to get lemonade, but water with hint of lemonade came out, so I switched to dr. Pepper. I had strips for first time ever. They were good but, for some reason crust was missing on sections of 3 tenders. Slaw & busquit were good. I loved there dipping sauces, especially the Buffalo ranch. I would recommend this place for fast bite. This place burned & was rebuilt. I would suggest ignoring reviews that ware 2 years or older, as it seems to be rebuilt I separate building from the Taco Bell now, & I believe both are under new management.

Absolutely disappointed. The chicken was so salty and tough I couldn’t even eat it. The corn had zero seasoning, and the mashed potatoes were bland with gravy that tasted watered down. You can tell the employees don’t care about quality anymore—customer service was just as bad as the food. I spent $30 on a meal I threw away. This place has gone downhill, and I’ll be calling corporate. Won’t be back.

Well, it seems Fort Stockton’s quality control strikes again. We got an 8 piece bucket, some chicken nuggets and a pot pie tonight and they were all pretty unimpressive. The bucket of chicken is virtually inedible because it is all slimy and there are quite a few bone chunks in it that don’t even have any meat on them. It’s just gross. The pot pie’s crust was hanging off of the pie tin and the inside of the pie was missing quite a bit of gravy and filling. The nuggets were ok. There were a lot of vrust bits in the box of nuggets, which made you have to dig to find a chunk of meat. This is the 3rd visit we’ve had that was unsatisfactory, so we’ll be giving up on wasting anymore money here.

It took really long to order. It took extremely long to get the food. The order was messed up. The Food was cold and super poorly prepared. Just overall lazy work and management. Even the sign guy was doesn’t care (see picture). Do not go here.

Placed an order online through the KFC App. When I arrived, the order hadn’t even been started, even though it said ready for pick up online. The store was empty and the employees were going back and forth over who was supposed to make it. They assumed I was door dash and were talking about the order in front of me, saying “we don’t even have that why is that an option” “ugh chicken sandwiches”. She was acting like it was an inconvenience for her to make the food. I watched her open the door to the dining area and touch the door to outside with the same gloves she was preparing the food with. She never changed her gloves. Then she knowingly didn’t complete the full order. She sealed it for door dash and I opened it in front of her and she goes “oh it’s for you?”… then when I asked for the sandwiches she goes back and forth with the other employee again because she “told him to make them” and she didn’t. She then stated they didn’t have pickles for the sandwiches. At that point I asked to cancel it and get a refund and she said they couldn’t because they already cooked the chicken. They said I had to call KFC. After being on hold and getting transferred they said they had to send the refund request to that stores manager. I never leave bad reviews but that was the worst experience I’ve ever had with fast food. They need to close that location and start over.

At first I was hesitant- I gave up on KFC Years ago but, when you’re hungry and in the middle of nowhere.
I stopped in not knowing what to expect. I was surprised! This is the best KFC Chicken I’ve had in the last 15 years. The service is phenomenal and the food was fresh.
I am not sure why others rated this restaurant so low – but this KFC is worth drive and the visit.

Slow service, food disappointing, asked for a hand full of honey sauce got 2 packets for 4 biscuits. 2 little pieces of chicken on my bowl. I have been to KFC’s all over the country and this by far is the most disappointing one!
