The service was exceptional from start to finish. Our server brought out queso with chips and salsa right away, and he was incredibly attentive throughout the meal, checking in often to make sure everything was perfect. It truly felt like top-tier service.
The food itself was outstanding. I ordered the chile verde, and it was nothing short of amazing—packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. My wife had the steak fajitas, which came out sizzling hot and full of flavor. She couldn’t stop talking about how wonderful they were.

La Cocina has been our go to restaurant for a LONG time. The staff are amazing your kids. The Margaritas are sensational and the food is excellent. Salsa is amazing and let’s be honest, that’s what makes or breaks a Mexican restaurant.

This unassuming little Mexican restaurant is a surprising star in the Franklin foodie scene. I love their tacos above all others in town they are top notch. Granted, it’s a bit difficult to branch out to other menu options, but if you do you won’t be disappointed. Everything else I’ve tried here is top notch quality also. The staff are super friendly and are definitely attuned to your needs as a customer. The food value is excellent, and it’s never too noisy or too quiet. I’d vote them best Mexican food in franklin 2025.

Went in on a Monday around 630ish they were completely empty we sat outside. The margaritas were not something I’d brag to anyone about. The cheese dip was not bad but I’ve had way better. The arroz con pollo was good but honestly I doubt I’ll be back.

Had a grub hub order waiting 30mins and when I came in they never asked me if I was ordering or even what order I had they were on the phone answering the phone and then asked me while they were on the phone what I needed! Very poor service

Been coming here for a long time with my sister,( it’s her favorite ) and gotta say it’s pretty good all around. Food is always good, if a little generic, and they have the best salsa around. Also, I’m not much of a drinker, but my sister assures me that the margaritas fantastic and that they put in extra tequila just for her.

Immediately got service and tortillas and salsa. Didnt even wait 10 minutes and our dinner was out. My kids never eat the food we get at mexican restaurants and they loved the beef burritos on the kids menu. I always judge a mexican place off their carne asada tacos and theirs were great!! Definitely recommend.
