We waited in line for 30 minutes in the drive through and watched the car in front of us at the window wait 5 whole minutes just to be handed a drink. There were several workers visible through the window just standing around, so very confusing why the line was absolutely abysmal. It would have been faster to sit down at a restaurant, which defeats the purpose of a fast food restaurant. Try a different Taco Bell in the area before going to this one.

My chalupas felt and tasted like hard tacos. The broke down the middle which is why I don’t order hard tacos. I jave worked at taco bell and I know that a fresh chalupa bends and doesnt Crack at the touch. Highly disappointing

I got a medium Baja Blast from this Taco Bell. It tasted good, but a lot of the drink in the cup was taken up by ice. I feel like I should have paid less money for how much of the drink was just ice. However, it tasted very good, I would just recommend maybe ordering it without ice?

How the hell do you run out of beef at Taco Bell… and then when I ask if I can get a chicken chalupa instead of my 5 layer burrito which is actually cheaper, they tell me no; app wont let me cancel my order this late either!!! I ask if I can place a new small order at the window and I get told I’d have to go around and wait in line again, which I kid you not I’ve been waiting in for 25 minuites already; I’m writing this review at the window as I wait for my food, FROM THE COMPLETLY DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES!!!

After remodeling this Taco Bell is looking very nice and fancy. They got 5 kiosks for faster ordering. I am a regular customer here. Management and especially the Cashier named Ahren is super. Food is always fresh and the store is very neat and clean. It’s the best Taco Bell I’ve ever visited.

Like everything else, how can a corporation save money: less people, including taking orders. Just install kiosks to have customers do their own work. It took a little longer than expected for someone to ask if I needed anything but it was expected when people normally show up waiting for a to-go order. The Cantina Quesadilla #13 was pretty good and the extra cheese on one side of the tortilla was a nice pitch before it got toasted. To be clear, the 2 star in service is more for the corporate decisions of kiosks and not interpersonal interaction.

Food was good. Price went up and size of the food went down. You order your food via kiosk. Atmosphere casual, just a place to sit and eat and be on your way.
