The most disgusting pizza ever. I can now see why there are so many “good deals” for a pizza place. It’s fake and nasty ingredients that are cheap for corporate to purchase from suppliers and ship them out to the poor franchisee owner and their staff. Wonderful delivery guy, he was great and friendly. Arrived hot in a pizza bag. I’m sure the staff ain’t bad either. This pizza just tasted terrible. A regular pepperoni pizza. I tasted no sauce. The combination of pepperoni and cheese tasted fake. I can’t describe it..like a fake plastic taste. I know this is not 100% real mozzarella cheese. Pepperoni seemed ok, though a few were burnt. I tried 3 separate slices, one other one tasted slightly better but the 3rd just as bad as the first. None of the slices were finished. Thank goodness for the garlic bread bites so I had something to eat. They were good.

Food been out the oven for 40 min. I absolutely understand weather conditions so when I called I was respectful. I just needed to know about how much longer but let me tell you whoever the woman was that answered the phone was rude and short and it was someone in store! Not helpful at all! Ordered a half cheese, half meat lovers pizza. Got all meat lovers. When we called we were told by the manager, Kelly, there was nothing they can do and she can’t stay on the phone with us all night. She said she made the pizza herself. We insisted we have a toddler who cannot eat meat but she hung up on us.
Please see the photo. The pizza that is missing is on the plate and you can see we had to pull off the meat. Clearly more than half the pizza is meat! The 4 slices missing had all meat!

Someone needs to fire Todd he is the most nasty miserable person you will ever meet. I went to the Waverly store to get my credit from a past order that was all burnt n dry all they did not have my credit added n I think oh good Todd is there he is the boss man right so he will handle it like a good boss should, mind you I order from here all the time I spend 46 dollars on crap of course I want my credit!! So he says u can have half ur order 2 pastas that’s all you get accept it or get out I’m just like my God he is still as nasty as he always has been, it gives his store a bad name he is a horrible representation of a role model for his employees! It would be nice to get what you are owed like ur told not to have to stand there n be talked to like crap by the pizza natze cause he is having a bad night when will the higher ups raise their standards on the people they have running the store! Here I was going to get my credit just had surgery hoping to not cook and this is the treatment i get I’m sorry but it’s disgusting to me n I’m sure I’m not the only person who feels this way, I feel sorry for that sad man! Well no more domino’s from this store id rather drive to another one than deal with him

After waiting 25 mins for wings that “they accidentally gave out” that I called in and waited 25 mins to pick up they remake the wings for theyre mistakes and had me waiting another 30 mins just to cook them and had my chicken sitting for about 10 of those minutes. they’re communicating is horrible. For all that waiting they gave me a SMALL free drink and wings with hotsauce on 5 out of 16 . And spent $16.50 on my wings so yes I’m upset

8:14pm They handed me the pizza, it was ready. They said “Actually it’s been ready! It’s been in the heater the whole time!” I waited in the store over 30 minutes during this time.

The quality had really fallen off lately at this location. Tonight I had a timed order for 5:15 I placed at 3:06 plenty of time to make the food and get it here in time for my lunch break instead or didn’t arrive till 5:30 and the pizza was smashed from having other orders on top of it.

I ordered food at 10:30am and scheduled it to be delivered at 1130am for my lunch. They did not arrive until 1150 and I got a call saying they were confused on what door to go to at my building at 1150. I did not receive my food until 11:55 when my lunch was over. Such crappy service love dominos but im so disappointed in the service from this location.
