This was a lovely, accidental discovery during our most recent visit to LoHi. The weather was cold when we were there so we had to sit inside; the space is rather small. But the neighborly warmth of the place was large. It seemed that most customers were on familiar terms with the proprietors. The coffee and other hot drinks we tried were excellent and the food on offer was good. For example, there are several creative breakfast sandwiches on the menus. In warm weather, I’m guessing the outdoor patio is a very popular neighborhood hangout. We’ll have to check it out.

10/10! Definitely recommend this place. I had an avocado breakfast sandwich w a toffee nut latte and man o man was it delicious. I’m just visiting from Texas but every time I come here I promise to make this my regular breakfast stop. 11/10, 12/10 if I could! Mmmmm

Some delish grub in a cute neighborhood! Love the decor and size of the place. Got coffee, iced tea, and 2 breakfast sandwiches. Total came out to ~$35 before tip.
3.5/5 – only loosing points for being pricy. Food seems to come from a good source which is great though!

Hit this cute cafe 3 times this week because it was just that good! The matcha latte with vanilla syrup was *chefs kiss* and the Bothai panini was to die for ! The staff was super sweet and helpful as well. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Hot chocolate is one of my guilty pleasures. No matter the weather – hot, cold, rainy, whatever – I can enjoy a good cup. I’ve had the pleasure of trying hot chocolates from NYC to Seattle, Mexico to Europe. I am not exaggerating when I say that I had the 2 best cups of hot chocolate of my life at Maci Cafe. I was only in town for a long weekend, and even though every adventurous bone in my body screams, “Try as many new places as possible,” I made a concerted effort to come back here so I could have another cup. Oh and by the way, the food and pastries are good, and the employees were delightfully friendly too. Overall, a great place!

Quick service and a great vibe. Walking in wasn’t at all what I expected. It was better. The spicy chai was really good. We only had drinks but the food options looked really good. Prices are pretty reasonable. Some seating inside plus the outdoor patio seating. Little place with a lot packed in but probably more conducive to take out. Definitely recommend. Will be back!

We were wanting a breakfast panini with prosciutto and Maci Cafe was able to make it happen! We wanted a lunch panini and hoped to add an egg to it, and the staff was so friendly and offered great recommendations on which sandwiches to choose from to make this a possibility.

This place is very cute. My partner lived here for five years and she moved away and hasn’t been here for three years and the coffee is still the same. It hasn’t ice body, it doesn’t taste burnt and it’s reasonably priced. It also helps they have Friends on the tv in the background. Very European. This isn’t your fancy pants coffee please but it does a great job. We will be back!

This is definitely a little whole in the wall! It’s locally owned and you can tell they care about the quality of food and customer service. While we were there, the staff talked to people like they were regulars.
The sandwich was so tasty and the coffee was just as good! Next time I’m in Denver, this will become a regular breakfast shop for me.
