As soon as I pulled up to the drive thru I was immediately told some of my food was missing (id ordered online and it said it was ready) the lady went to the back and then came and tossed boxes and bags in my hand. They put red sauce in bags with no lids, WHICH LEAKED EVERYWHERE AND I WAS NOT TOLD THEY DID THIS. They also didn’t give me my crazy bread and burned two of my pizzas. One pizza was completely wrong with the wrong sauce and toppings and I’m almost positive they just tossed me whatever in the window so I’d drive away. This was super inconvenient as my kids only like specific things which is why I ordered online ahead of time. Unprofessional.

The pizza I got from this location for lunch today was the most beautiful, perfect pizza I have ever gotten from any of the locations on the Gulf Coast! It had the perfect amount of sauce, cheese, and crust ratio and was cooked perfectly! Excellent job yall!

This location needs more staff and better customer service training. During my visit, one employee was handling both the front counter and drive-thru, and it clearly showed.
When I got to the window, she was very short with me and came across like I was bothering her. After taking my card, she told me to pull around and immediately closed the window before I could ask about the wait time or cancel my order.
I parked as instructed and went inside to ask how long it would take. I was told, “he’s working on it,” and she walked off without any additional information.
I come to this location often since it’s near my job, and this is the first time I’ve had a poor experience. It seemed like she was overwhelmed managing everything on her own, so I can understand some of the frustration.
That said, the pizza was perfect as always, and I would still return. I just hope they improve staffing and customer service moving forward.

I HATE THIS LITTLE CEASARS.. their pizza was NOT hot and ready and when I got there, the “extra most bestest pizza” had barely any pepperonis on it. The vancleave pizza hut has ALWAYS been there for me and they ALWAYS will. Ms Alicia’s attitude towards me and the other customers in the store was COMEPLETELY unacceptable. she was basically rushing us out the door and there was only like 3 people in there. UNBELIEVABLE..

Great pizza place in Gautier, MS for a quick reasonable meal with a decent taste. These crazy puffs fresh out the oven you can not beat and the wings have great flavor. The worker even brought my order out to my car in the rain (had to wait about 7 minutes for the puffs).

It’s subpar food at best. But that’s what you expect from cheap pizza. This place is terrible. My last 3 visits have been horrible. From getting a soggy unedible pizza. To a rude manager with a serious Karen attitude problem. To a corporate number that is just a voicemail that never returns your call. I ordered 2 large pies and waited over 40 mins. There is one girl and 1 guy working a lobby full of people waiting and they are completely lost. It’s like their first day and there is no management in sight. Come here at your own risk. Your time will be wasted and the food will be bad.

Worst pizza I’ve ever eaten. I was charged $1.75 for extra cheese, if I hadn’t asked for that I guess there would be none. The wings are a nightmare, the flavor is sweat. The vegetables are visibly wilted and not cooked thoroughly and it was $26 dollars. For a little Caesars pizza. In Mississippi.

I used to looove this place when I was a kid. You could walk in and say “pizza-pizza” then they give you a toy! Memories! When the franchise came back new and improved I was missing the big foot pizza
