Breakfast was decent although it did take a while to appear. I recommend the double meat option in the croissants for anyone hungry.
Place was fairly clean and lobby drink service is a bonus.

If I could give a 0 I would. We drove all the way from our town (over a 2hr drive) to see a movie and get some burger king since the one in our town shutdown.
Wait time was ridiculous considering it was 8:45-9pm an there was only one other car before us, Staff all took there break at the same time (seen them entering through the back), the person that served us had a crappy attitude after we told them they should remove the “stop pay here” sign if they weren’t planning on having anybody back there, and the icing on the cake was they charged us extra money for a meal!
The meal said 12.29 on the sign but we got charged an extra $2 for our drinks/fresh that came with the meal! Will not be giving my money to that burger king again, hopefully the other one in Gaylord is better.

Sandwich maker sucks 20 minutes and still waiting for the sandwiches to be made nobody else in the Lobby and Only 2 orders have gone out the window!

very clean, quiet, ordered right away. two fish sandwiches, onion rings and shake. Sandwiches were not toasted, fish was soft, not warm, mushy, we both felt nauseated after our meal. Just to make sure I was not crazy, we stopped at the Kalkaska Burger King. Again, clean, quick service, but Kalkaska had hot/fresh sandwiches, toasted bun, great meal. Driving from Detroit area to Petosky. Kalkaska is a bit longer drive but if you are looking for a Burger King, worth the drive.

waited a solid twenty minutes for a milkshake, chicken nuggies, and fries with no one else in the restaurant, and one car in the drive through.

the nuggies also were cold, and tasted like they were fried in very old oil.
the milkshake was sickeningly sweet.
the staff was dressed unprofessional, and their attitude matched.

Good please to eat. The employees are amazing. My daughter left something there.And because one of the employees recognized that I come in regularly.She said aside for my daughter for the next time we came in.

Very clean with a nice modern look. Fairly fast service. Most of the staff is very nice with the exception of a couple of the managers who could take a lesson on manners from their younger coworkers. The hash browns are sometimes served cold and hard as a rock, but most of the other menu items are ok.

Ordered 2 Whopper Jr’s.
1st one had mustard all over the top buns top so had it remade.
2nd one had 2 slices of pickles which was supposed to have extra pickles, and a tomato slice the size of a silver dollar.
The Whopper my girl Ordered was supposed to be no pickle which they put on and then removed as she could taste pickle juice.
Very unhappy with our meal.
Talked to the manager who told me that he had no idea how to fix the situation, so maybe they need a new manager more focused on customer service.

So a after I quit working at this bk, my food is Always wrong or extremely old. This first picture is what i got, and the second is a very dry remake. When I call either they don’t answer or tell me I can’t have my food remade. This time I took it back and Calmly explain the issue and all I got back was attitude. And still left with food I can’t eat. I am not going to hurt my self on a hard piece of chicken. This store is such a disappointment.
