I am writing to report an issue with my recent Pizza Hut order and the handling of it by the store manager, Dan.
I placed my order through the Pizza Hut app earlier today. Because I am currently sick and had not eaten all day, I called the store to request assistance when my original pizza arrived incorrectly. I spoke with Dan, (Daniel) who offered either a refund or a replacement. I chose a replacement.
I want to be clear that I am allergic to cheese. My original pizza arrived with cheese on it, so a replacement was made. I order my pizza the same way every time: barbecue sauce only, no cheese, as I cannot eat red sauce or cheese.
When the replacement pizza arrived, it had no sauce at all—only meat. I called the store again to explain the issue, but Dan stated there was nothing he could do and that I would need to bring the pizza into the store in order to receive a refund.
Given that I am sick and ordered delivery for that reason, requiring me to come into the store is unreasonable. Additionally, this was the second incorrect order, despite clear dietary restrictions that were communicated and are reflected in my order history.

The Manager Alyssa was very rude when I came in to get service. She cussed me out and told me I could go elsewhere to get food. She was very disrespectful and called the police on me. I need to get the district managers attention immediately because this type of behavior from a manager is not acceptable at establishment

The super supreme Has pork base products, it’s a bad place for Muslims to eat from, 0 out of 10, service… The guy upfront doesn’t care to tell you anything about the menu, and talks rudely saying the menu is at the door, do see for your self … The worst experience I have ever had in my life and mistakenly I ate the ham in the super supreme pizza and afterwards I threw the whole pizza…
The guy never bothered to tell us what do you need inside or what you don’t need inside, plus when I said extra pizza sauce, he just poured like triple the sauce and made the pizza taste so bad ..this happened yesterday like at 8:40 pm..plus there is no any place for dining in….

When I received my order, it was undercooked and did not have any cheese. It was all sauce. The breadsticks were not seasoned. I called the store to see if they possibly remake another order and the best they said they can do is offer a 10 dollar discount. I couldn’t file a experience survey because my receipt did not contain a survey code. This is the second time my order was not prepared correctly.

I have always order from this location but tonight was a very bad experience I order 10:45pm and i received my email saying I would get it by 11:55 that’s okay with me but I didn’t get my order until 1am ???
Are you guys serious I am very patient but this is horrible I called the store and the guy that answered didn’t even know where was my order and not only that but my pizza is hard and cold now.

Don’t come here. On multiple occasions I’ve placed orders and show up at the time stated only to have to wait another 20 – 30 minutes. While waiting you hear the phone ring over and over, completely being ignored by everyone in the store.. This happens on weekdays and the weekend. From now on I will drive further to a different pizza hut location for better service.. Their food is still good and that’s why I will still buy their pizza’s. Just not from this location.
