One of the best quality pizzas in st Thomas
The bread is really soft and even the crust is soft.
Cheese is one of the highest quality I’ve seen and not like rubber like other places like dominos

So placed an order for triple treat box 2 mediums and 2 orders garlic parm bites. 1 pizza was fine, the other was to have pepperoni bacon and mushrooms when it arrived it only had pepperoni and cheese and both orders of bites were completely dry in their foil wraps. We called spoke to manager who spoke with staff and said we put garlic parm on the bites, a bit of back and forth, they brought out the correct pizza and sauced bites in bowls this time. However the original we had to show the driver, cause we’re liars. His concentration was on the bites where he literally put his face in so close I thought he was going to eat one, then he excitedly says oh yes there’s sauce i can see it, no you couldn’t even get moisture on your fingers from touching it. I asked where? He wouldn’t show me, but agreed it doesn’t look like any sauce because it was 1 scoop you need to order extra. Really? But for an order he was defending, stated he needed to take it back for a learning lesson. If nothing was wrong then what’s to learn? Disappointing.

Great experience here. Good food, fast service and amazing employees . The manager Kayla went above and beyond for us after there was some confusion and we ordered the wrong thing. She was super kind and made us exactly what we wanted for no extra charge and helped us fix the issue. She made the whole experience amazing. Shout out Kayla!

I will say before , the man on the phone was great, even tried to make it less. But regardless, when did Pizza Hut start getting uber expensive? I tried to order 16 wings and a med stuffed crust. When the heck did that cost 62$?? That’s nuts , dominos is better pizza but worse wings and it’s only 35-40 $ give your head a shake.

I placed an order at 3:45-ish tonight, and it said in the email that I should get it by 4:28 to 438. They charged my credit card and sent me the confirmation email… But I never got the pizza my husband had to go in, even though we paid for delivery and tip on top of the order, which was $44 total, to inquire about this on Halloween of all times… I know they’re a bigger problems in the world, but this is ridiculous. They took my money, I didn’t get my order, and above all I tried calling for 20 minutes with no answer. They just kept hanging up on me so then I tried calling again for another 10 minutes or so, all while wrangling my four month old Amidst the chaos of the evening This is extremely unprofessional and I will be going to the Better Business Bureau to get my money back. Do better.

Took a chance and gave pizza hut st Thomas a shot. Regretted my decision as soon as I seen the pizza’s. Little to no cheese, little toppings and hardly any sauce. The wings we received barely had any sauce as well. Won’t be ordering from here again, will stick to Dominos

After being bullied at work, not being paid $300 that someone owed me, and trying to race to drop off a pizza for my son whose been on the Mental Health ward at the hospital only to find out the order wasn’t even placed! I asked to speak to the manager who said she would be a few minutes as she was visibility busy helping with other orders. As I patiently waited I broke down crying as I didnt have time to wait another 20 minutes for the order as I had to be somewhere else. The manger came over emotionless, I started out by saying I am having a horrible day, my son is in the hospital and I do not have time to wait for another pizza and asked if they could deliver it since it was their error. She coldly replied the order was not placed… I said this girl already confirmed she took the order over the phone and did not enter it. (Either offered an apologize nor showed any empathy.) Coldly the manager replied it can only be delivered to the front door as they do not go in to the hospital to deliver. Well since my son is locked on the mental health ward with no way to retrieve the pizza and the clear lack of accountability or commpassion, I just walked out feeling like this day is not on my side I often order from this store as my son loves their pizza but after tonight I will not be doing so anymore.

I have visited this location a few times and starting in the summer, I started to receive pizzas with dipping sauce jammed into the pizza itself. This is the only location that’s done this, that I have experienced. I’ve complained twice, pizza was remade and then it continues to happen. The last time this happened was Nov 18th 2023. I was unable to return to the location to get a new one made, so I had to throw out pizza pieces. Also, want to make it clear, the heat from the pizza melts the date on the bottom of sauce cup into the food you’re going to eat (your pizza). This practice needs to be fixed. Sauces belong on the outside of the box. This is 1 specific employee doing this, who has been told to stop and still does this.
