I asked for less sauce on my stuffed crust pizza. The pizza was soggy, thin, and falling apart!! It was also sticking to the box. I also ordered 16 boneless wings and those were also soggy and undercooked and 8 of them were bone-in. This was the worst experience I ever had at any Pizza Hut.

Love this place Atmosphere takes you back to 70s-90s, but everything looks great Service was awesome our server was polite, attentive and interacting ❤️ Food is delicious My order was individual pizza , it was super tasty ☺️ Looking forward coming back !

We have had Pizza Hut a lot over the years but wow they have stepped up their game. The cheesy breadsticks were delicious, and the pepperoni stuffed crust pizza was mouth-watering. We tried something new for us, the cinnamon breadsticks, and we were not disappointed! The waiter was quick and attentive and the atmosphere was clean.

I wanted to leave this review because the staff stood up to a lady yelling at them belligerently for something that was her fault! The manager was a badass and took care of the situation in a way most people would be afraid to do. Shout out to her. I will happily come back knowing that they have a manager who is willing to stand up to her staff!

I took my parents here yesterday. Our server Debbie stole the show. Very attentive, very kind, a very clearly hard working woman. Food was magnificent as always.
This is one of the last traditional Pizza Huts in New York, which is precisely *why* we went. It was very nostalgic and we will most certainly be returning. I understand that the reason Pizza Huts are modernizing is to make unsuccessful restaurants sell easier, but this really is a special experience that I fear won’t be a thing in the future.
Really, the only bad thing about this location is the furniture, but I don’t blame the owners at all. The seats are uncomfortable, but thats just because they’re probably 30 years old and haven’t been Upholstered since the place opened.
I highly recommend anyone who enjoyed the old Red Roof Pizza Hut experience to come and give this location a go, because who knows how much longer it will be like this.

As soon as you walk in the employees look at you like they are annoyed. Told the guy what I wanted about 6 times because he kept asking. My order was one pizza and breadsticks. They still got it wrong. Not trying to nitpick but it was overall bad customer service.

Ordered a deep dish. I had it before it was great. The only reason I went back for more. I paid extra for a regular pizza which tasted awful. Most food service places can’t seem to get an order right so… I’m not truly shocked but I won’t order from here again. Pizza Hut for that matter.

Wow..after the 3rd bad experience in the row…decided to post a review…we ordered pineapple bacon and banana peppers and again they give us pepperoni!!! The last time they flipped the thin crust for regular….this time The pizza is also undercooked the salad warm from being stuffed inside with the pizza carrier..and the italian sub is a joke….

Well this will be the last time. I go to this location. Angry employees. Looks like they didn’t care when making the food. This is 2nd time that I had a bad experience. The pizza was over cooked clearly made with hate. Pizza tasted so bad. Wasn’t even enjoyable ruined my day. I feel sick to my stomach. Worse tasting pizza. I’m very disappointed. I used to love pizza hut but now the quality went down.the edge pizza isn’t worth the 15 bucks they are asking for. Domino’s pan pizza is way better than this. I will be going to Domino’s or even little Caesars if I ever want to get a fix. Pizza hut no more for me after this.
