watching the ice cream be made was super cool!! i got the salted caramel one, it wasn’t overly sweet (which i liked) and the pretzel bits added a great contrast to the caramel. my dad got the strawberry one and it was amazinggggg!! not too sweet AT ALL which I LOVED. it tasted SUPER fresh! it was my fav. and my brother got the roast malone but i can’t give my opinion on it because he was too mean to let me try:(… overall the texture of the ice cream was creamy and thick but not in a bad way. the nite waffle was OK, too sweet and not a lot of flavor in my opinion. but overall a great place!!

Love this ice cream spot! The puffy cone is delicious and the way the ice cream is made is fun to watch! My little brother loves this spot. There’s no way we could pass by and him not get some! The vibe outside is nice too.

The whip cream is really good and I enjoyed it more than the ice cream. The ice cream is not bad but it’s nothing out of this world. It’s a cool experience since they use liquid nitrogen to make the ice cream. Would recommend trying.

Excellent ice cream and very creative flavors. Each order is made to order, so be prepared to wait. It’s worth the wait.

I got the Dolce Banana and Flintstones boat. It came in a flat tray not a ‘boat’ so you have to be cautious while eating it or it will spill over. Nite Puff waffle was good with the ice cream.

After a satisfying dinner, we were in the mood for a light dessert and stumbled upon this ice cream shop. Located in the Creamery Marketplace, the place has a peaceful vibe with some outdoor seating, perfect for relaxing.
The staff were friendly, and the menu offers a unique experience—they make the ice cream fresh right in front of you using liquid nitrogen. As the name suggests, the ice cream is incredibly creamy, and watching the preparation adds to the fun.
It is a bit on the pricey side for a scoop, but the freshness and the novelty of the preparation make it a special treat. Whether it’s worth the extra cost is really up to individual preference, but it’s definitely an experience to try at least once!

This is THE best ice cream! Any time I have friends come to town I bring them here and they love it. I can’t exactly explain it, but the texture of the ice cream is very creamy and the flavors are rich. I usually get the Nutella with peanut butter drizzle. If you have kids, they’ll love the nitrogen steam coming off the ice cream being mixed in real time.

Liquid nitrogen ice cream is definitely a bit gimmicky but it can be fun to watch the process. Nite Creamery tends to be crowded and it usually takes a while to get your order. On the other hand, the selection of flavors is interesting and it generally tastes really good.

It’s a cute place! Pineapple sorbet is awesome. Chocolate ice cream was very creamy and rich. The nite cone (aka bubble waffle) was just ok. Felt a bit undercooked.
There are benches outside and yes very pretty at night. So many restaurants around so it’s great and convenient!

We took our of town relatives for a treat. They had a hard time deciding which ice cream to get as they all sounded delicious. Once we made our decision from the menu on the wall we walked up to the self-serve kiosk to place our order. One of the friendly staff making ice cream stopped to come over, greet us and informed us to let her know if we need any assistance. The kiosk is pretty straight forward. We did not wait very long to receive our freshly made creamy goodness. We devoured them. It was a beautiful day outside so we chose to sit on the picnic benches across from the creamery to enjoy our treat. Should you be in need of Gluten Free there are options available on the menu.
In addition to Nite Creamery there is a pasta place, chicken place as well as a few other food options right in the immediate area. It is a calm peaceful area to enjoy whatever you may have purchased. Very wheelchair friendly as well as kid friendly. Parking has to be done out on the street @ a parking meter (insert card to pay). That is currently $2.25hr. There is also a long strip of loading/unloading zone right out front so you can drop everyone off and go park.
