I got to try a sample cupcake and it was wonderful. I’m looking forward to when they open so I can try more goodies. Grand Forks had been missing a dedicated bakery. Thank You DHI! Yea, they are open. The German Chocolate Cupcake might be my downfall, yummy. The sor marble bread made a delicious tomatoe sandwich. So many goodies to pick from. The staff was wonderful and super friendly. A must try bakery!

For being one of the only donut shops here in town, this is on the low end of average. I have tried a variety 12 pack on two separate occasions. Both times the donuts were dry and almost flavorless. They taste like they bought Hugo’s day old donuts and resold them. I’ve had better donuts from gas stations in town. Also, bought a cake one time. Again, dry and just very basic. The staff were great, but this place needs to make better products. I’d rather pay double at a dinky gas station than pay for these things.

Whatever ingredients they are putting in these tasty little morsels-they melt in your mouth The staff was so friendly and lots to choose from: various breads and buns looked so fresh and yummy-made me want to sit down and dig in with some butter! Love going here every so often for a treat. They’ve never let me down in both selection and quality. Prices may be a bit high, but you’re paying for the quality, so it’s worth it in my opinion. Docked a star on service because they sometimes don’t notice you’re at the register for a few mins.

The donuts are pretty. But do not taste fresh. If you’re into the Dunkin Donut taste of being large batch made and then frozen and heated up later, this is your place. But I want something fried and served on the same day.

They forgot to deliver our 50th Anniversary cake which required a phone call to remind them. The cake was delivered but was lopsided and poorly decorated. It was not even close to our 40th Anniversary cake that Oh For Heavens Cake made. I think we would have been much better off with a Hugo’s cake.

First time there this morning, easy to get to and very nice help. But the doughnuts were dry and no flavor. I have had way better gas station doughnuts. I choose the glazed raised doughnuts and two different kinds of bismarks both very dry and I ate almost the whole bismark before seeing any filling. I purchased from the self serve case and then saw tons more choices in a another case. If you offer self serve, you should offer more choices there. A Doughnut Shop need a good doughnut to survive.

I received a certificate and I was able to choose a wide variety of things for my friends and I to sample. EVERYTHING was great! Everything was fresh and well priced. Out of everything we sampled there’s only two changes I would make: I would use salted nuts for the mocha bars and change the Bavarian cream to a more rich and traditional flavor. The only thing that I would note about customer service is though there were several workers there, behind the counter, and in the kitchen, not a single one smiled or greeted us, but two did say goodbye. I would definitely go back again and I would definitely recommend this bakery to others!
