Arrived at 9:00 PM, a full hour before closing. The drive-thru staff ignored us completely. The lobby doors were locked, and repeated calls to the store went unanswered. We made eye contact with employees inside, so they were clearly aware of us. The night staff’s behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable.

Ordered 2 Whoppers and 1 had nothing on it. I figured I could just show them (a pic) the next time I was in town, I don’t live in town and wasn’t going to make a special trip just because they messed up my Whopper but since I didn’t call and complain they would not make it right even though I had the receipt. I love BK but I will never goto this one again! Very bad management!!

I love our Burger King. It can sometimes take a while but freshness is everything. Worth the wait! I had two fiery fish they we’re amazing! Love the friendly service and good food.
I had the two fish sandwiches deal.I mean I was able to eat them but the taste and texture was way off this time.

Haven’t been there for breakfast in a long time. Asked about pancakes because my daughter was being mildly difficult and was openly mocked for not being at McDonald’s when Burger King used to have pancakes. Sorry the menu changes. Not going back to deal with them again.

I’m not sure this is an actual Burger King. Drove up to window and ordered four hamburgers and were told they only have two. What burger place runs out of burgers! Had to get chicken sandwiches for two of the orders. Burned chicken that had been drying out for a few weeks. The whole thing was terrible! Should have asked for a refund.

I ordered a whopper with cheese and no lettuce. I got a whopper with cheese on lettuce. Hard to eat while on the road. Also the person couldn’t reach out of the drive thru window to hand my order to me.

Staff was friendly, but. Only one other family, eating, in the dinning room. Drive thru no one. Took 15minutes for food, AND!! Order was wrong. How does this happen? Hmmm? So how much an hour again? Two sandwiches, that’s it, all we ordered, n they were WRONG. I’m giving a 2 ⭐ cause place was clean. Still 4 employees, 2 wrong sandwiches. Sad.
