Very good. I got a custom cheese, bean, loroco, and jalapeño which was supper cool and delicious. The salad was also sooooo good. Usually the salad at pupusa places are hit or miss. But the salad here was actually so good. Highly recommend.

First off I never write reviews but this place was super amazing I called in a phone order. The guy taking the call was so nice and knowledgeable about their food. I got there he was super nice I wish I got his name . I was so nervous to try pupsas as I have tried so many places and they were not good at all but these ones baby were so delicious so I’m super happy I found this place and in same city I live in. Yeaaaaaa I will be goin here from now on .

Tried the cheese and jalapeno pupusas and they were very good. The burrito, flauta and enchilada were just ok. I would have preferred spicier. Service was friendly and food was served hot and fresh. Overall pretty good

First time I get to know of this restaurant thru my son.Ordered diff varieties of pappusas. It was scrumptious and very affordable and filling too.Tried the zucchini pappusas,a great option for vegetarians, but so yummy even for non veg people. The pappusas are very much in normal sizes and cheese is melting I will recommend this place 100% for sure. You won’t regret, that good. Very efficient and tasty.Want to try next time dine in experience.

I don’t normally give 5 star ratings but feel this place deserves it. It’s a hidden gem in downtown South San Francisco that serves authentic, unpretentious Salvadoran (and Mexican) food. The pupusas (we had the ones with pork, cheese and beans) were absolutely delicious and inexpensive. They go well with the house coleslaw and the mild chili sauce. The Salvadoran enchiladas (more like tacos) were very good as well. The best part of this restaurant is the staff, who are warm, generous, and kind. They really make you feel this is neighborhood place. We will definitely return to sample more items on the menu.

I love pupusas! Easily the best pupusas in South City. If you dine in during winter, be sure to bundle up; it gets cold in the restaurant. Service is very friendly and patient.

I took my beautiful girlfriend to El Santaneco so she could try some really good Salvi food.

It was on Sunday before noon and they had some live music.

We had some zucchini pupusas and she loved them.

Chilaquilas were on point I liked them.
She also liked the traditional Salvi breakfast.
She said we’re definitely come back.
She loved the coffee by the way ^^

The best food from El Salvador are the pupusas. There are very few places where you can find delicious pupusas and this is one of them. The cabbage salsa was not perfect but acceptable. The papas con chicharrón was well prepared and had a very good flavor but very little chicharrón and the tamales had a pleasant flavor but not to my taste
