This was a quick pizza order for me and my family for dinner tonight

-1 order of ten wings mild
-1 order of ten wings garlic
This is an absolute rip off. Wings are very fatty and resemble Pizza Hut be aware the pizza and thin and so damn small compared to your standard large pizzeria pizza. 60$$$$ 60$$$ for this order was a scam. For the quality and size it should have been 30$$$ save yourself the trouble go to little Caesar’s or find a real Italian pizzeria. Wish I could give you zero stars for rip-off report. I feel bad posting after reading the other reviews. Food just didn’t seem to have any flavor. The calzone was bland. The chicken didn’t seem to have much taste. The personal pizza was really done. My daughter ate the cheese off and left the rest. Wings were an absolute joke. I laughed when they were brought out. At $1 a piece I expected a little more “meat.” All this for $22. The staff wasn’t very friendly. I said thank you multiple times, but didn’t hear anything back. Cashier didn’t smile much. Perhaps a bad night because other reviews said they are extremely friendly. Just expected more for what it cost. We won’t be going back. We could get much more from one of the chain pizza places.

I have had Donato pizza in the past. It was great. Seems now they have turned it into a bar inside that accompanies the new Rigsbys restaurant. The food at Rigsbys is great! I’ve tried the burger, chicken sandwitch, ribs, all good. The fries are the best. Tried the fried oreos and loved them as well.

Best pizza in the world. I grew up eating at the original locations in Columbus, and have been surviving without Donatos for many years due to no locations anywhere near. I’m still over an hour away from Boiling Springs, but it’s well worth the trip. Give it a try, you will NOT regret it.

What did I pay $30 for!? The pizza is paper thin, the wings are TINY, and the asiago bread tastes heavily of Italian seasoning, not cheese; they use generic rance and marinara sauce. I feel royally ripped off. I could have gone to Domino’s and got a WAY better price and more food for what I paid here, this is the worst pizza ive ever had. Go anywhere else in the area, because Donatos is terrible.

Pizza isn’t the best that we’ve had but it was good. The salad was $9 for a large Italian salad and it was the size of a side salad. We also wished the wings were crispy, we got ten mild wings.

Sooo yummy! Grew up enjoying this brand in Ohio. Has been something I have missed greatly in my adult life. Yes I drive waaay out of my way to get this pizza when I can. The manager and staff at this location was friendly and helpful and seemed to feed off of my enthusiasm for the brand. Great quality ingredients and execution. For those that want to complain about the pizza being paper thin…it is what they advertise and is what most of us have come to love the most about them. Thin and crispy! I love how the pepperoni all bow up with crispiness…. even burned my mouth like back in the day. Awesome!!!!

I ordered this restaurant on DoorDash. They did not have the materials for part of my order, so they canceled the whole thing and did not try to offer an alternate. When I called the restaurant the person on the phone was very rude. They will not ever get my business in the future and I recommend you avoid them!

Donatos is always good. The pepperoni pizza is always very good. I’ve always liked the style of their pizza, hasn’t changed in 20 years. There is no dine-in, drive-thru only. We ordered with the app and picked up for the road. There is some seating out front but was too hot out.

The vegan pizza was amazing! The only down side is that they did not have vegan cheese! I was disappointed. That would take it to the next level, not to mention, it would make the pizza completely vegan. Hopefully this is something they will consider getting soon. Definitely looking forward it.
