I continue to be disappointed with this location. It took 30 minutes longer than it should have. My nuggets were rubbery and over done. I do not get my ranch sauce or a fork for my microscopic portion of Mac and cheese. Much too expensive for this nonsense. So many other places have chicken. This will be the last time….period. Don’t waste your hard earned money on this place.
Attention KFC: happy customers respond to quality food and service. Happy customers are repeat customers. Repeat customers are revenue. Try harder.

Monday, February 23, 2026. – the great food was worth the wait. So much better than our last few visits in the past. The 4 employees at peak rush were hustling! Good job crew. The lobby was cold but we had our jackets.

Ordered original recipe, half the order was extra crispy. Chicken was greasy along with an odd taste, biscuits had oil or grease on them . Even the Cole slaw didn’t taste right and normally they have the best. Not the first time they screwed up my order but definitely the last time I order from them . Huge disappointment for the money!

The food is very good. Love their chicken, Mac n cheese and their biscuits. The employees there are very nice, especially the general manager. The atmosphere is okay, passable. But I mainly for the service and food, and those are very good. Can’t wait to come again.

This place keeps going down hill. They need to shut the doors and remodel. Some of the employees are friendly and kind and others look like they struggle with addiction. When you spend $55.00 on a bucket of chicken you should get your large sides FULL not one little scoop. Also, when you see that your running low on stuff make fresh. I don’t recommend this place at all.

I ordered chicken two large coleslaw and a fry. The chicken was okay but kinda scrawny and the fries and the coleslaw were not full. The fry was about half full and the coast law used to be full to the top when I’d get it now it’s around half too. I’m very disappointed and it will be quite some time before.I go back to k f c if I go back at all.

Out of business one day, open the next, management is so cheap they have 1 person working for day shift, no heat in the building, bathrooms have space heaters and ice forming in the toilets. Apparently full staffing after 4pm, do not order before 4pm it will take forever and you will freeze standing in the lobby.

Great customer service, great food! Give whoever was working tonight a raise or a vacation because he cleared a line of 7+ vehicles in the drive through within 15 minutes WORKING ALONE and still had a smile on his face. 11-14-25 just before 5:30pm. Honestly, he’s working very hard and doing a great job

I ordered 2 thighs and this is what I got….. one piece of chicken is barely bigger than the hot sauce packet. This is unacceptable! I am unsure if this is a thigh or a wing.
The first pic is from KFC. The other 2 are what I made at home. I’d definitely take the time to cook at home than go to the Marshfield KFC again!

This is probably 6th or 7th time me and my family have tried to go get food they either are out refuse to make alittle more to accommodate a paying customer. Hr before close or more. Or screw up an online order and refuse to fix it and argue that you’re wrong or just be blatantly rude over their own problems causing customer service to be lacking. Place should be completely restarted with fresh crew that wants to work and provide customer service.
