I’m not sure what wrong with this place everytime I come here someone is rude or we sit for 15 minutes at the speaker for no one to answer then Pull around and see people standing with headsets yet no one takes our order. I don’t feel like this is good customer service when you get ignored for trying to buy food

Food was hot and fresh. Got a 4 piece spicy nugget but somehow ended up with 7 So that was a pleasant surprise :)!
Was very fast and convenient.

Too slow line to the street on the regular. gotta leave an hour early just wait in line for 15 minutes. Otherwise staff is friendly n order is accurate just speed the hell up. The kitchen staff is fast. It’s the order taking n cash taking that needs work

Worst Wendy’s in the area, no question about it. Every single time, something is missing from the order. The last visit, missing a sandwich and a fry. The fry I was given is in the attached pictures. You don’t give me my full order, THEN I get 1/2 an order of fries?! Conveniently wasn’t given a receipt to fill out the customer survey.

I left for work a little bit early so i could get something for breakfast. McDonald’s was busy so I decided to give Wendy’s breakfast a second chance. I do not like potato wedges so I ordered a cup of fruit, a drink and something else. I’ve pulled around once I got my food and opened up my fruit to eat it and I almost threw up. I drove back around and ask for a manager. she was very apologetic and gave me a refund. Check your food closely.

Stopped here for a quick bite to eat while passing through on our way to visit family in Ohio. Pretty good food, friendly staff and great service. I deducted one star due the terrible condition of parking lot. Really needs repaved.

They got my order correct, which was great. It’s surprisingly hard to get a sandwich with no bun, and they didn’t give me a hard time about it and were even nice about. Busy place even at 1:00pm.

Would give half a star if I could. Paramedic here and it would have been nice to be able to have a decent meal when I got back to the station. Instead got a bowl of chili that was literally only soup. No beans, no meat, not nothing. Watery tomato sauce. Disgusting and pathetic excuse of a Wendy’s. Wasted my money and won’t be back.

Every time I go here the staff messes something on the order up and it doesn’t seem to matter how much you try to bring up the issues to staff. Today was the final straw food was undercooked and the fries this time were not cooked at all which was revolting we had to throw all of our food away because of how bad it was. The best part of our whole order was the drinks and that was because I had gotten them myself.
