When I say run, I mean it. This ramen spot is an absolute gem hiding in plain sight—and easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Baltimore.
From the very first bite of the karaage chicken, I knew I was in for something special. Perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy and flavorful on the inside, and paired with two sauces that are straight-up bombastic. Each sauce felt carefully crafted to complement the chicken, adding layers of bold, unforgettable flavor.
Then came the shrimp tempura buns… and wow. Fluffy, warm steamed buns filled with crispy, succulent shrimp—this dish was out of this world. It’s the kind of bite that makes you pause mid-conversation and just savor.
And the star of the show? The Yuzu Ramen. This bowl is pure magic. The broth is light yet rich, bursting with the refreshing citrusy brightness of yuzu, balanced beautifully with deep umami notes. The noodles were the perfect texture, and every topping added purpose and flavor. 10 out of 10. No question.
If you’ve been hunting for great ramen in Baltimore, you know the options are few and far between. But this place? *This is THE one.* Don’t sleep on it. If you’re on the fence—jump off and GO!!
Soft, bouncy, and is usually not my most favorite part of ramen, but it’s the best noodles I’ve ever had In a bowl. The broth, flavorful and the pork delicious. We had the YUZU ramen and the spicy miso ramen. The eggs are perfects We also had the Japanese fried oysters steamed bun and that also was great. Hidden gem in the Baltimore market food hall thanks fellas
The ramen is a bowl of noodle art almost with the presentation!
The Marketplace itself, though, seems to be barely hanging on. So many empty stalls. I hope Yuzu survives!
