Came in tonight with my sister, my daughter & her daughter. The second we walked in the door my daughter and I both noticed the attitude of a girl wearing a red shirt. Don’t know her name.
I’m assuming because it was 8:33 and they close at 9 . However the attitude is uncalled for. I’m all for leaving tips anytime I go somewhere that allows you to leave a tip but my sister & did not because how she was acting. If you hate your job that much, quit . Leave. Don’t let that attitude out in front of paying customers.
Also notice when she made a wrap for the guy the came in behind us, she threw it on the counter . Like come on. Smoothies were good however if that’s how people are treated then I’ll just go elsewhere.

Can’t recommend this location enough, the service is phenomenal! They have a young staff that is very polite and knowledgeable about all the smoothies they make. I went in a few times and met the owner. He was washing dishes in the back which to me says a lot about his character. The store is always very clean and the smoothie are delicious and healthy! 5 out of 5 hands down!

I truly want to love this location—it’s convenient, local, and I walk past it daily. It genuinely pains me to leave anything other than a 5-star review. However, I now go out of my way to get my juices and wheatgrass shots from the Belden location, simply to avoid the discomfort I’ve felt here when making a simple request: no lid.
The dismissive energy, especially when I ask for something simple reminds me of conversations with my teenage daughter—where I’m met with a sigh or eye roll.

My smoothie had shredded up plastic in it from almost a plastic cup? It was fairly rigid pieces of plastic. Came across 11 pieces of shredded plastic in all. Really, really, disappointed considering the price for my smoothie. Eating around it is not a big issue but the idea of plastic wrapper blended into my food is just gross.

Was having a terrible day and went to get a smoothie and wrap. I was greeted by the nicest employee. I wish I would have asked for her name. But she made me the best pumpkin pie smoothie and offered me a bag for my wrap and snacks. I didn’t even know you had bags, and it really made me feel better. Thank you for the customer service mystery worker!
