Our go-to whenever we’re in town. I’m picky with my baked goods, and these are incredible. The cherry crumble bar has been a favorite, but I would eat anything here.

No seriously… If you arrive at this “bakery” and it’s actually open, and they have anything left in stock (my mom makes larger batches than they do) that ISN’T outrageously overpriced($4-5 for a day old donut???? After 3-4 hours they are bricks). Then you must be a leprechaun. Is it good? I guess so??? Does it taste like Kroger store brand bake goods? Absolutely. Save your money. Go somewhere else, on Wednesday and Saturdays. Do locals believe this place is the holy grail? YES! Inconvenience yourself and avoid the headache of closed through Monday – Tuesday, Thursday-Friday AND Sunday. FIVE DAYS A WEEK??? If the owners see this; give up this prime retail spot to a business that WILL actually serve the public throughout the week! If you need staff email me.

Everything here has been so delicious. Breads, scones, cookies, cinnamon rolls, pecan rolls, muffins. Have never been disappointed. They are a small family run bakery so there is always something different. They are currently open on Saturday mornings starting at 9 and stay open until they sell out of everything. The town loves this place because there is always a line out the door, so be prepared, but don’t worry, it’s more than worth it.

We have tried out their cinnamon rolls, both kinds. I personally liked the one with the cream cheese frosting. Love their chocolate chip cookies. They are not just your average chocolate chip cookie either. They taste so much better. And their personal plan apple pies are very good. A little pricey, but well worth it !

A quality bakery is a bit of a rarity, it’s wonderful that we have one in Columbia City
The donuts might seem a bit on the pricier side, but they’re very good, probably the best donuts I’ve ever had, and definitely large enough to split with a friend… so it’s really not that bad of a deal
