Super yummy I got the garlic lover and it did not disappoint! The waiter is working like crazy! He needs a raise and an assistant! Chai tea was yummy and my partner loved his katsu curry

Driving thru Fort Collins and wanted grab some Thai food quickly. They must have had the fasted service of any Thai place I’ve been to, 5 minutes or less. Granted it was 3pm on a Tuesday but still 5 minutes for really good Drunken noodle and Thai basil fried rice was pretty awesome. Only critique is better music

Excellent food and service. We have not been in years and now we are very impressed and will keep coming back. My husband got the pineapple fried rice with curry and I got the coconut soup which was excellent!

Someone I shared a ski lift with in Eldora recommended this place. So I decided to try it. I ordered roast duck curry with brown rice. Very tasty! Medium hot was good. The food came really quickly. The service was good and the place was inviting. I told Amy the owner that I’ll be back! And I’m looking forward to eating the leftover.

In town to visit family and we ordered dinner to-go from Simply Thai one evening.
The call-in order was waiting for me when i arrived and the staff were very friendly.
Back at the house and the tofu appetizer was very tasty with a good light fry.
This Massaman curry was unique in that it had pineapple chunks in addition to the ‘normal’ potato/onion. The pineapple added both to the flavor and texture profile, and the dish was all the better from it.
Overall this might be the best Thai in FortCollins, or at least the best I’ve tried so far.

We enjoyed both the yellow and red curry with chicken, each rich creamy, spicy and flavorful. With five levels of spiciness to choose (I only made it to 3) there’s a perfect heat level for everyone. For a small up-charge our meal came with a crispy spring roll and a delicious Tom Kah soup which had a refreshing, tangy note to the experience. A satisfying and well rounded meal-highly recommended.

I enjoyed the Shanghai noodles and my partner loved the pumpkin curry with coconut rice. Very satisfying. The crispy duck is certainly crispy.

Really chill place to eat and very convenient takeout. The avacado curry is totally unique and sooooo satisfying when you want the flavor of curry but not the heat. The coconut rice is an excellent touch as well to make the taste just a bit better without being overwhelming to other flavors. Service is very attentive and takeout speed is pretty average.

Ordered as takeout. The food was ready when they said it would be. Very generous portions. I was only able to eat about 1/3 of it and saved the rest for the next day. I had the Suki Pad w/ beef (spice level 4) with coconut rice. Why have I never had coconut rice before? It is awesome. The staff was really friendly. I will make sure to eat here again.

I’m afraid people who’re saying they have the best pad Thai have never tried real pad Thai but it’s not even the point. The waitress looked extremely unfriendly, there was no music and I had to listen to conversations and laughs in the kitchen all lunch, boba tea is something frozen and extremely low quality, pad Thai is pink, has minimum ingredients and tastes more like sweet pasta with no sauce and on top of everything there was a gross hair in the food which I discovered only later at home after taking what was left there. Worst Thai restaurant I’ve ever been to
