While I was waiting for my order, a female staff member apologized and said my drink would be a little delayed, and she immediately gave me a card and said I could use it for my next order. Bill is easily the most professional employee I’ve ever met at a drive thru window, hands down. I know my go-to latte is going to be top notch when Bill is working.
Also, I know Starbucks coffee is more expensive than Dunkin, etc, but you get what you pay for. My Starbucks drinks taste the same, every single time. Whenever I stop at Dunkin to save a buck or two, I’m always wondering if my coffee is going to taste like crap. It’s almost like Starbucks baristas follow a specific recipe for each drink while Dunkin is out here just throwing in whatever ingredients they feel like, which ranges from employee to employee.

Waited in line behind 3 cars for about 15 minutes before having to pull out of line so I wasn’t late to my appointment. I was still 1 car away from the window. I don’t know why it takes so long to make 3 coffees but I’m done buying $7 lattes if the slow service is going to waste half of my evening.

Why do people even go here? I got a bunch of free drinks through my employer this year, and even though I paid zero dollars I still felt like I was wasting gas money to go pick up an extremely inconsistent product from one day to the next. I ordered the same thing 3 days in a row and you would have sworn they were all completely different drinks if you had done a blind taste test.
This is why I love dunkins. Always good. Always get the same thing when you order the same thing. Plus the prices are better. Y’all can keep this stuff over there on the rich side of town where it belongs.

This is the closest Starbucks to me and I keep hoping they’re just having an off day, but nope, they’re just horrible. I don’t know what’s going on here, but corporate needs to get involved or they just need to close this place down. They rarely make a drink correctly, I ALWAYS order venti’s and have been given grande’s on numerous occasions (but charged for the larger one). I was just there yesterday and we were handed our drinks and I’m thinking ‘huh, this seems light.’ I hand it to my boyfriend as the second drink comes and he must have thought the same thing because he took the lid off and it was no where near filled to the top! They doubled up the cups, I don’t know why, to try and make it seem heavier so we wouldn’t notice that they’re not filling up the drinks all the way? You can see from the pictures. They were taken as soon as we received them. Total BS, Starbucks! They raise the prices, coffee tastes burnt, employees can’t get an order right, and now they don’t even fill the cups up all the way? Waste of money. Infuriating!

The environment of this Starbucks location was great, but busy on the outside due to the traffic from nearby businesses.
My favorite drink to get is the mango dragonfruit with lemonade.

Got coffee through the drive thru. It was so old and burnt tasting and as if that wasn’t bad enough. I drove an hour and it was still scalding hot. I like hot coffee, but it was beyond boiling.

One of my favorite Starbucks to visit and it’s always clean. It’s busy at times but the baristas are always accommodating and they will modify your drinks any how you want it. I have studied her a few times and one time when I came in, I didn’t even order my drink yet and one of the baristas came up to be and offered me water. That was so nice because no other location has ever done that before. Since then, I have only visited this location and I haven’t been disappointed yet. All the baristas are great but Sam is the sweetest. She always has a smile on her face. Keep it up ♥️

Rude. Waited at the counter for 4-5 minutes to be helped without acknowledging us until we finally got helped. Told the lady at the counter that I have a diary sensitivity and my drink HAS to be made with oak milk, no other milk. She said ok. When my drink was made, I always verify with whoever made it to ensure it’s made with the correct milk because sometimes regular milk is used instead of what I requested. Another lady (who did not make my drink) asked if I needed something; I asked her if she could verify with the barista who made my drink to ensure it was with oat milk. She responds in such an unnecessary, rude, and embarrassing way (in front of 6 other customers) and stated, “if it says oat milk, then it was made with oat milk.” I responded and said that sometimes it’s not always made with the correct milk and I like to just verify. This small accident can make me incredibly sick and the lack of care I received was inappropriate and unsympathetic. Won’t be back again; I’ll find another Starbucks with more friendly/caring staff.

Poor low quality service. The order sat in the counter for 20mins after it was done and it was for a door dash. I will highly recommend that people do not come to the location ️
