I had the chance to try this brand new BBQ restaurant today in Henderson, called Smokeshow BBQ, and it absolutely exceeded every expectation. From the first bite, it was clear that this place takes pride in both technique and flavor. The beef cheek was unbelievably tender—rich, melt-in-your-mouth perfection that practically fell apart and was packed with deep, savory flavor. The brisket was just as impressive: perfectly cooked, incredibly flavorful, and balanced with just the right amount of smokiness.
The BBQ sauces deserve special recognition—bold, well-crafted, and clearly made to complement the meats rather than overpower them. Each one added its own layer of flavor and elevated the entire experience. On the sides, the poblano mac and cheese was outstanding—creamy, comforting, and kicked up with just enough poblano heat to make it memorable. The poblano sausage was another standout, juicy and full of flavor with a subtle spice that paired beautifully with the rest of the meal.
This restaurant is already setting the bar high. If this is what they’re serving right out of the gate, they’re going to be a serious contender in the BBQ scene in Las Vegas. I’ll absolutely be back—and I’ll be telling everyone I know to go try it.

We tried a little of most of what was offered. All the meats (pork belly, brisket, pulled pork) had excellent flavor and were not dried out, the homemade sides of Mac and cheese, coleslaw, and home cut fries were delicious as well. What would be nice is if they had combo meal offerings instead of everything al a carte and take out menus. Restaurant has only been open 4 weeks so still getting established.

Just had an incredible meal at Smokeshow BBQ! Took my family out for lunch, and it was a total hit. I had the pulled pork sandwich, and it was smoky, tender, and packed with flavor, definitely one of the best I’ve had! My wife and son both went with the brisket sandwich, and they couldn’t stop raving about how juicy and perfectly cooked the brisket was. My youngest son tried the beef cheek mac and cheese, and he devoured it; it was so creamy and flavorful.
For dessert, we all had the s’mores cheesecake, and wow, it was the perfect sweet ending to a great meal. The food was absolutely amazing from start to finish, and the best part? The free smells walking in the door, mouthwatering!
Not only was the food top-notch, but the staff really made the experience. They were friendly, super helpful, and had such positive energy that brought the whole place to life. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for some seriously great BBQ and a welcoming atmosphere!

These guys do an amazing job on ribs! We had a giant beef rib and half rack St Louis ribs. All were very tender, fall off the bone, very delicious. They were smoked perfectly. Beans and Cole slaw were fresh and tasty. Large portions, we had plenty leftovers. Very clean place and friendly service. They also have brisket and burnt ends, will try next time. This is the best BBQ we found in Vegas and Henderson.

Super impressed with this place. I’ve been to a good amount of BBQ spots in the Vegas Valley, even Texas, and I can confidently say that this is some of the best BBQ that I’ve had. I tried the pork belly (which is legitimately the best that I’ve ever had, I think. I didn’t even really need a knife, the side of my fork sliced into it just fine), and brisket loaded mac and cheese. The prices are super reasonable, and the owners Joe and Joel are amazing people who clearly care about putting out good food. Easy recommendation.

First 30 seconds of walking in this place I’m handed a sampler rib. This rib melted in my mouth like some sort of meat magic. Delcious. Had my mind set on brisket before I even walked in and that flavor sidetracked me and the next thing I knew there was full rack of ribs in front of the wife and I along with the Mac n cheese and mashed potatoes. Everything was heavenly and full of flavor. No doubt this place will be successful as I grew up in the south around great BBQ. These were the best ribs ive ever had. 10/10 ribs. 10/10 sides. 10/10 sweet tea. Highly recommend.

We stopped in for lunch at Smokeshow BBQ’s grand opening and it was fantastic. The food was so good I didn’t even get a chance to take pictures before digging in. We had the brisket, the beef cheek—which was surprisingly tender and flavorful—and the loaded mac and cheese with pork belly. Everything was delicious, the prices were reasonable, and the staff and atmosphere were warm and welcoming.
Small businesses are my favorite to support, and this one absolutely delivered. One thing my husband pointed out that we both appreciated was their POS tip options: 5%, 8%, 10%, or custom. A refreshing change from the usual 18–25% prompts you see everywhere. Of course, we still left a bigger tip because the service deserved it.
Smokeshow BBQ is a great little hole‑in‑the‑wall spot, and you can tell how much hard work went into making it happen. We’ll definitely be back. Spread the word!
