I can always count on Starbucks. They are amazing everywhere I go every place I go. The customer service is great especially on the one on Imperial and La Mirada in La Mirada California. That’s my regular store. There are a lot of cool persons there that know my drink

Been here a couple times on some hectic days seeking refuge. Both times have been met with excellent customer service. Clean location. The cashier is so nice she brought my food to me directly i was hungry i ordered me sandwiches 🙂 and each one was great the cheddar egg bacon, the ham and cheese croissant and the healthy lil box that has hummus, green peas and carrots, bread and a white chocolate mocha (comes with whip cream if you’d like) This place makes my day better so glad they open early Starbucks you are so cool I’m going to be a regular. I liked every detail of my visit. theres seating inside and outdoor, good place to sit and chill, to ponder, to write and to enjoy the coffee of course

Me and my family always come to this store to drink coffee spend our time here cz we saw the workers here is very friendly and nice but after today for my experience 1st time wait in line to get a cup and the service…. For sure i wont come back again, also If i can leave 0 star for this location i will do it too. I rarely do reviews on social media or yelp but this time i feel the 2 workers in this store is not professional… I was wait in line for few
hrs to get the Stanley cups which was released today. I saw 5or 6of them on the shelf but later on 2 workers in there put away and left only 1 out. The guy in front of me got it already when me and other lady ask the they told us sold out… i told them i saw they put inside and u still hv it but they told us no more and be rule to us. I saw they told to the guy in my pic is their friend to wait and they sold it to him without wait in line. Hopefully the manager over can see and do something, thats not fair when we wake up early and wait in line but they dont need to… no recommend this store and wont come back here no more.

I visit this Starbucks store frequently with my kids before their dance lessons. We never had any issue before but today I was really disappointed by one of the male employees. When me and my daughter entered the store, we directly found a table and sit down. I placed an order on my phone while I was sitting. Before my order was ready for pick up, my daughter said she wanted to use the restroom. I encouraged her to ask for the restroom code by herself using polite language. The employee didn’t tell her the code and instead looked at me and said ‘did you make a purchase?’ I was shocked for a second and said yes I did. That employee’s reaction was just so discouraging and inhumane to a 7-year old girl. What if she wanted to use the restroom before I could place an order? Why don’t they just install a receipt scanner on the restroom door so only customers who have already made a purchase on that day could use their precious restroom. Bummer!

Oleato Golden Foam Cold Brew: tried it for the first time. Olive flavor on the foam was very subtle, not overly sweet. It was a nice alternative to my usual black / no additives.

The workers are amazing and I love them but the manager… she’s always kicking out middle schoolers like she’s targeting them. As a concerned customer, I want her to be more laid back on the “volume” rule. Everytime I see her, she’s always kicking someone out.

If I can just give negative. I keep coming back to the same one because it’s on my way to work. But everytime I order for mobile pick up, sometimes it would take 10-15 mins still to wait at the store for my drink. When i ordered ahead of time 20min ahead. I always put LIGHT sweet cream on my cold brew. It looks like I ordered Milk, instead of coffee. I would ‘t complain because i’ve worked in retail Ans I hated people complaining But it keeps happening at least 4-5 times already. It’s really frustrating
