This Taco Bell is seriously lacking in customer service. I came in to pick up my order and there were at least four employees standing around talking. The store wasn’t even busy, yet it took about 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me.
They have kiosks, so the employees don’t even bother to assist customers they just assume everyone ordered from the kiosk. I placed my order online, Taco Bell App claims “order online, skip the line” promise was completely false at this location. I was the only customer in the entire establishment and still ended up waiting as if there was a line.
When an employee finally acknowledged me, I gave my name and received no response. It took another couple of minutes for them to hand me my food, and they didn’t say a single word.Is it really that hard to provide basic customer service?
There are other Taco Bell locations in the area that offer much better service than this one. Parking lot picture explains how busy this location is and drive thru completely empty at time I was there.

I was greeted by Miguel and he took my order promptly and efficiently. He asked me if I wanted the beverage and suggested the happy hour and I acquiesced and ordered three of the delightful frozen slushy beverages for one dollar each. The food was delivered to me promptly. I hadn’t even gotten napkins and my sauces or the drinks. I comment into the manager that she’s got a great team and that I would be making sure that the world knew. Now you know. It’s so refreshing to go to an establishment that actually cares about you being there as a customer and that you’re not an inconvenience like other places for example Taco Bell on Okeechobee and jog. I’ll leave it at that.

I went to the Taco Bell in Royal Palm Beach and had such a great experience! The server at the window, Laneisha, was so nice, polite, and super knowledgeable about the menu. I wasn’t sure what to order, and she took the time to explain everything and help me decide. She’s an absolute pleasure to have working there — friendly, patient, and professional. Great job, Laneisha!

I swear, sometimes I sabotage myself. But I was getting past the hungry stage and into hangry when I needed something quick to eat. This Taco Bell is along the way though the shopping plaza (as most in Florida) makes it a challenge to access. With a tall van, I was not able to clear the drivethrough and parked.
Inside, the restaurant was clean and tidy. The drinks station and the napkins/sauces area were well stocked. There were no dirty tables and the trash bins were not overflowing.
I used the kiosk (I love kiosks!) to place my order and a few minutes later, my two burritos were handed to me. I took a few “Fire” sauce packets and was on my way. Eating the burritos and driving was no problem – they were assembled properly and did not leak any ingredients on me.
Overall, it was a Good experience at this TB with no complaints other than the shopping center is a pain.

Ordered delivery. Items were missing. Contacted shift manager (Bri). She told me to go to the store for missing items. I explained that I couldn’t… Which is why I opted for delivery. Bri told me that there was nothing else she could do. I requested a refund. She said that I would have to contact DoorDash. I explained that I didn’t order via DoorDash. I ordered via Taco Bell’s app. So, DoorDash will just have me contact Taco Bell. She became rude/condescending. I told her not to speak to me in that manner. She told me something along the lines of I was making the issue harder than it had to be and gave me Taco Bell’s payroll number for a refund… Which made no sense. I asked for her manager’s name. She said that she’s the manager. I asked for the owner’s (franchisee’s) name. She said that his name is Craig. I asked for his last name. She said that she doesn’t know. I asked… So, you’re a manager and you don’t know the name of the owner whose business you’re running? She responded with a failed attempt at a witty retort, she informed me that she doesn’t even know Taco Bell’s GM’s name.
Taco Bell (and “Craig” )… Please, do better with who you put in leadership positions within your business.

Taco Bell is Taco Bell and when I’m in the mood for it I love getting crunchy tacos here. There always good no matter what location I stop at. Update… stopped in today and had my normal three crunchy tacos and they were good except a little light on the Ground beef. Service would have been good but the Internet was down which slowed everything to a halt.

Been coming to this location for years and they always get it right. Any time I have a terrible experience at a restaurant I just come straight here. Customer service is great the food comes out fast and correct.

Just in town for business, and it was 1 am for reference. I ordered 2 soft tacos, Doritos taco, and a drink. The drink was the only thing that was right about the order. The 2 soft tacos were wet, soggy and tattered. I didn’t even get the Doritos taco. Instead a was given a bag of chips and some cold cheese in a cup. Lesson here is to always check your food and if the wait is 12 minutes before someone takes your order and you’re the only car there…just go someplace else.

Customer service at the drive through is horrible! Almost 25 mins in line for a basic order of tacos. I guess it should’ve been a tall tail when the place was dead. I won’t be going back to this location. I also don’t like that you’re forced to give one star in order to leave a review!
