Whoever was working nights on February 28 deserves some recognition. I have NEVER had a meal that actually looked like the commercials. This thing was pretty. Other places I’ve been to the burger comes out looking like it’s been punched, fries tossed in the bag, instructions missed, and burned or undercooked. Today, here, these folks had my Impossible burger looking like it was getting tucked into bed, my fries were all laid out neatly and facing the same direction, instructions perfectly followed, and texture cooked perfect. I was not expecting this.

We stopped her on a road trip for lunch. Fast & friendly service. The chicken sandwich and fries were good. My kid tried the spicy chicken fries and liked them too.

This place is hit or miss. I live close and on extremely tiring nights if I don’t want to drive to Albion or Jackson (preferred) I’ll stop in for a burger. A few have been there a while and do a great job. The others are randomly outside smoking pot, cursing loud enough to hear in the drive thru, no manners, hacking without covering their mouths, and the stench of stale cigarette smoke is awful. But in a quick I may regret it later but I’m starving moment it works.

Depending on who is working, they seem to be fairly slow. I pick up quite a few door dash from this location and always have to wait for the order regardless if it’s slow or busy.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. Service was absolutely awful and very rude. I had an online order to pickup. Sat at the speaker for over 15 minutes so I drove to the window and sat the 5 minutes and saw look directly at me without coming to the window. I was told they paused window orders and they were super busy. There was one customer inside. One employee said “you want to come in and see our orders” with attitude. I could see 1 in red. Which was probably mine. I saw a lot of standing around from the drive thru. I ask them to cancel my order and they said they cannot. The manager did NOTHING to help resolve the situation issue. Not even an apology. Go somewhere else.

We ordered a shake and were asked what size, ordered a large, and its the same cup as it always is. the cup was not even close to full with about an inch from the shake to the lid with nothing, its pathetic. Do not have such a huge lid if youre not going to fill the shake up more.

Watch three off there employees out behind the Burger King tonight around 7:00 PM. 8/13 /2025 away from the cameras, passing around a Doobie out there, smoking weed. So if your orders get messed up or if there is no one taking your order, this is why they’re out there getting high ! Was a very strong smell of weed through the parking lot from them

This is a gas station semi truck stop and bk combo. The parking is not ideal with the drive through wrapped around the parking and semis coming in at same time it’s a bit much. However the restaurant itself was not as bad as it looked from the outside. It’s fairly clean (inside the store) Very busy and congested. We did get our food. Sadly lots of what appear to be code violations most of the staff working had long unrestrained hair and no hair or
beard nets and only a couple staffers even had visor hats. I observed 1 cook adding cheese to burgers without gloves. These mistakes happen however it’s an area that could use improvement. Over all I give a slightly less the average rating. If they work on cleanliness. I’ll update that in my next review. If you do stop here I would suggest the sandwich as there chicken is tasty.
