Idk what the heck was going on at this Pizza Hut Friday night. I ordered online. I got to the drive thru and the staff was arguing with a customer in the store refusing a refund. I got my pizza and drove off without looking at it, just trying to get away from there. When I got home I saw that I had the sorriest, driest, mismatch looking pizza ever. I understood why the other customer was angry with them. I used to love Pizza Hut. Now it seems like they just don’t care about the quality of the food or customer satisfaction.

I love the food from Pizza Hut and no one can out do the Hut! But the lack of professionalism from an upper management at this location is very horrible and rude and unprofessional and unacceptable. We were supposed to get a refund of $61 dollars but he still never refunded us. Once we contacted home office they said they processed with the refund and well it’s been a week and still nothing. I don’t know what’s going on but if this is how they do business, well I don’t see them staying open much longer. Especially when we never got our order at any point and been lied to about the refund! Do better Hut!!

I ordered delivery tonight and the total was $27. When the driver arrived, she later told me she had been knocking for about five minutes before calling me. I wasn’t expecting knocking because most drivers usually call when they arrive, so I didn’t realize she was at the door yet.

When I went outside to get the order and paid in cash, the driver started to walk away without giving my change. When I asked for it, she complained that it was “just two dollars” and also commented about there being no tip. The order already showed no tip online, so the comments and attitude made the interaction uncomfortable.

I understand delivery drivers work hard, but assuming the change is a tip and complaining when a customer asks for their change felt unprofessional.

This is the worst Pizza Hut by far. I called and got pasta it was all over the bag. They reluctantly and with so much disrespect it was ridiculous gave a credit. Today I ordered pizza after having to call 10 times and being hung up on every time but once. They then with so much disrespect said after this don’t order from here and hung up on me. I am elderly and handicapped and they even gave my granddaughter attitude when she picked up the food. They need a new staff or management needs to train on customer service.

This was our final straw in ordering from Pizza Hut. Previously, they kept forgetting various toppings on our orders. We let this go by a few times before calling in the complaint. The issue was resolved with a credit to our account, but the credit was never added and we were told it was no longer attainable despite calling back in with the exact same issue.

We discontinued our business there for a while, but decided to try again. The attached pictures are from my wife’s pizza, where the toppings were an after thought to cooking. They were not cooked with the pizza, but added to afterwards. 90% of the toppings fall off immediately which does not happen when cooked with the pizza.

We were denied a refund, but told we could receive a credit. Considering what happened with the last credit, we have no faith in them to honor it. We will no longer be dining with Pizza Hut.

Candy was very thoughtful and called hours later to make sure that we got our order picked up or delivered to us. This was after my son with autism, had a hard time placing his order with staff. I greatly appreciate her going out her way to do this. She deserves a raise.

Place was dirty and everything had a layer of mist on it (tables, chairs, walls, counter… etc). Walls were sweating. Something must be wrong with the air conditioning system. Top half of salt shakers were wet inside and clogged up. I added photos. Food was soggy also.
Do not recommend this location!!!

Update: I sent an email to the corporate email that responded to this review with no response.
I returned to the restaurant today and had all the same issues.

I called ahead because the app confused me. A very nice lady took my order and gave me the perfect pizza made like I requested. It was delicious! I want to tell her Thank you very much for a great experience and a great pizza. I will return.

## Formal Complaint Regarding Manager Paul at Pizza Hut delcity

I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the conduct of the manager, **Paul**, during a phone conversation regarding a recent order/issue on 12/12/2025 at the Pizza Hut. Paul’s behavior was highly unprofessional and lacked basic customer service etiquette. Throughout the call, he repeatedly interrupted me, speaking over my attempts to explain the situation, which made communication extremely difficult. His tone was dismissive and noticeably impatient, creating an atmosphere that felt confrontational rather than helpful. , I rely on clear communication, and his deliberate overtalking and apparent eagerness to terminate the call were especially distressing. I was left with the impression that he was intentionally uncooperative, and his complete lack of patience and customer service skills are unprofessional for a general manager role. I request that this matter be formally reviewed, and appropriate action be taken regarding his conduct. Thanks for your collaboration and for the lady that was so kind and sweet. may this reach Who It May Concern
