Ordered pizza here in a Friday night through the app as usual. App told me my order was ready for pickup so I waited a little before heading to pick up order. Get there about 5 min after receiving message (I live a mile away)Order was not ready and I was I told it would be another 10 min. Store was fully staffed and things looked like it was running smoothly so I couldn’t understand why my order wasn’t ready. I had ordered some Parmesan bread bites so when I checked my order to ensure it was correct, I noticed there was no marinera sauce that use to come with a 32 pc but apparently not but since I had to wait an extra 10 min I asked if I could have a complimentary one and the guy said no, it’s .79….I told him I shouldn’t have to pay for it since they made me wait 10 min when the app said my order was ready and I even came later than the app. He just blew me off and said sorry I gave you your order and it was correct. I explained that it doesn’t matter of it was correct, it was late and I should have been compensated for wasting my time. So I asked for a manager, he said he was the manager. I continued to ask for a .79 marinara sauce and he finally gave me one. I’ve been going to that location for over 5 years and there was no excuse for them to lack customer service and not honor the fact that they messed up and wasted my time so they could give me a condiment for free. The fact that they took away the condiments for bread bites is ridiculous so be wary of this location

I’m so irritated with this place. I live 10 minutes up the street and the food came cold like warm at best. It took them over a hour to deliver the food. The pizza and parm bites were burnt. I would drive up there and cause a scene but I’m too tired. Just don’t order from here I promise you will regret it! They need to shut it down if they’re not gonna do their job properly.

I ordered pizza delivery online. Since I didn’t want to be disturbed. I put a delivery instruction said “ring the bell leave the pizza on the chair.”
someone ring the bell after a second I got a phone call two times from the delivery driver. I called the number back a gentleman pick up barely speak. English explain for me. “ since you didn’t open the door, I’m taking the pizza back with me.’ I was trying to explain for him that he needs to read the instruction. He didn’t understand what I was saying apparently he brings the pizza back.
He was unprofessional and rude.

Look at how my pizza was delivered. I called the location and I was told I had 2 options. #1 void the transaction and get a refund within 2 days. #2 Make the pizza again but I would have to come pick it up because delivery time is suddenly 2 hours. Thanks for the refund but never again.

This Domino’s location clearly just doesn’t care. I’ve ordered from this location several times and it always disappoints. I guess that’s shame on me at this point. Tonight I ordered the marble cookie and it was clearly burned. Once it cooled down it immediately turned into a brick. The pizza I ordered was very dry. You can barely taste the sauce.

The pizza and the food from here is always delicious . but some delivery drivers are extremely rude, and recently when I ordered something…..

The delivery driver then ORDERED me to come downstairs in my apartment building because they got a parking ticket, that is THEIR problem, NOT the customers, and threatening to end the order if I didn’t come downstairs was completely disrespectful.

Edit: I recently ordered a pizza and the delivery driver was incredibly rude. He was shouting at me as he said, he couldn’t open the security door downstairs. There are clear instructions on the call box and I told him that, but he completely ignored that fact and continued to then throw my receipt at me on the ground and tried to force my door open as I attempted to close it from the confrontation happening. These delivery drivers obviously don’t know how to follow instructions and they’re completely clueless to the fact.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience ordering from Domino’s Pizza. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst interactions I’ve had with any food delivery service.
1. Delivery Issues:
The delivery driver exhibited a nasty attitude and refused to bring the order to my door, insisting that I come downstairs to retrieve it. This is not only unprofessional but goes against the convenience one expects when ordering delivery.
2. Excessive Delay:
The order took over an hour and a half to arrive. Such a delay is unacceptable, especially when no prior communication was made to inform me of any issues or delays.
3. Customer Service:
When I called the store to address these concerns, I was hung up on by staff members. This level of disregard for customer feedback is appalling and suggests a serious lack of training or accountability within the team.

Overall, this was a horrible experience, and it reflects poorly on Domino’s as a brand. I expected much better service and professionalism. I will think twice before ordering again and will be sharing my experience with others to caution them about the lack of quality and care.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously and implements necessary improvements to prevent such incidents in the future.
