Fish is only available on Fridays, potato salad was good as was the Baked Beans, but the chipped pulled pork was pooling in water on my plate and tasted like it had been watered down because it maybe dried out… The over all taste of it was like it had been watered down. Very disappointing. Don’t think we will stop if that way again.

Terrible service. Very polite but slow. Waited almost 30 minutes for them to put meat in a box. Simplest order possible and I had to say something after over 20 minutes of waiting after I already paid. They weren’t very busy, just slow. Haven’t even ate my food yet but I won’t be going back.

Wonderful roadside barbecue restaurant that has been open here for many years. The barbecue pork is flavorful and along the lines of Memphis style barbecue, tangy and spicy in the right way. Had the combination platter which also included beef, barbecue rib, pork, country ham, and mutton. All was very good and fixed right. Definitely would recommend to anyone who was looking to get a good barbecue dinner!

I loved this place, the atmosphere was cozy, with the quilts hanging from the ceiling and the booths made from logs, it was so nice. The food was phenomenal! I had chipped pork, and potatoes salad, and amber bach beer, with apple pie and ice cream for dessert. The waitress was super sweet and friendly, didn’t bother us, but refreshed our beers when done, and checked on us at the exact right times.
