I came in yesterday around 3pm and had the most horrid experience you can imagine going into a Panera. I typically have a great experience with the workers and staff at other local food chains, however this one individual employee RUINED Panera for me forever. A larger wide male employee was *EXCEPTIONALLY* rude when I received my order. I have never before had an encounter like this but I left upset and without an appetite. He forgets my side bread and when I corrected him about it he rudely handed it to me then I heard him silently cuss me out when walking away and I was in utter shock and disbelief. That is so inappropriate from a proper employee of a Panera establishment. I will not be coming back any time soon and hope disciplinary action is ensued as this was no matter of professionalism.

5 stars. The place was clean, the food was hot and served quickly (I ordered soup and a sandwich), and the customer service was excellent. Sam and Susan (she’s the manager) were attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Sandwich was great. The turkey chili has changed. I used to love it but something happened. Maybe it was old … I don’t know. But it smelled odd and tasted funky. Even tabasco sauce could not save it. Avoid it for now.

Ordered muffins scones and souffles they are amazing and have a wonderful taste and lots of blueberries!!! I also had the turkey and avocado BLT I would tell you to try to get the bread toasted it made the sandwich better. They give you a good portion size of Turkey and avocado in the sandwich!! easy online ordering!!

The best thing about Panera bread is their atmosphere. Sitting there with a cold drink and doing your work is probably the best scenario I can think of for any Panera bread.
Their food quality and taste is above average, but the prices have become unreasonable.
Case in point: check out the pictures of the soup below this review. French bistro soup and Chicken tikka masala soup. $6.19 and $6.89 respectively (not including tax).
Their coffee is below average and Most of the time it’s cold. To be fair, if you tell them, they will brew you a batch, but only After you tell/remind them. That’s why I mentioned above sitting there with a cold beverage because those are always available ☺️
The fireplace that’s iconic for most if not all Panera locations is wonderful and a nice warm place to sit by in winter. However, it’s not always On either.
Service is decent. Used to be better before COVID.
All in all, go there if you want to chill with a friend or focus on some work. If you’re looking for a good meal, there are much better options not far from this location.

I was really looking forward to a nice Greek salad, When I opened it the lettuce was old and turning brown ,it was limp and there was no firmness or crunch to it. When I go for dinner I do not want to feel like I’m getting the scraps or leftovers. With price going up it would be nice to have some quality go along with it

The girl that took my order was really nice, but from there on everything went downhill. I was in a group of 3, one of the members got their meal very quickly. About 15 to 20 mins went by and the rest of the food did not reach our table yet. A member of our group looked up to see our food just sitting on the ledge up front by the expeditor. We had to get up to get our food and return our numbers ourselves. Upon returning to the table we realized the the lamps above our table was covered with dust as well as the ceiling by the soda machine. It was large dust particles that could have fallen in into our food at anytime I paid $15 for a sandwich and mac and cheese and didn’t even feel full afterwards. The manager was sitting at a table and told us to have a nice evening when we left, so I would guess everyone there is a nice person, just need to work on cleaning and the speed of food service since I don’t see panera ever lowing their prices…

What a nightmare. I had to drive 30 min. in heavy rain to pick up my order, then drive back home to find that my order was wrong. Not only that, if anyone eats what they have sold me could end up in a hospital. See the pictures I’ve attached. I placed the order 30 minutes prior showing up and that sandwich is at least 3 hours old

I ordered Goddes Cob Chicken. I got the salat without chicken and bacon, and I asked for a replacement, and they brought a salat with everything on it even more with bad lettuce what turned the color in yellow.
