Worst pizza I’ve ever had. My friends and I bought three pizzas and every single one was completely uncooked on the bottom. The crust literally crackled in my mouth from the dry raw dough.
$40 completely wasted. I’ll be disputing the charge with my card company. How this place has a 3-star rating is beyond me. Zero quality control, zero care. Absolute embarrassment to the brand of Papa Johns.

This is our local Papa John’s. We used to order at least once a week. However, in the past 4 months or so, it has been lacking. They barely put any cheese on the pizza even if you request extra cheese. This has happened multiple times. The staff all seems really friendly but I’m wondering if they’ve been told to go easy on the cheese from management or corporate. Cheese is what makes a pizza. I’m not sure that we’ll be ordering from here again, which is a shame.

Pizza was hot, staff was curtious, but my poor garden pizza plus pepperoni had very few veggies, and 4 pepperoni. Looked very sad. But hey thier cheese pizza taste good, just don’t pay for anything extra, you probably won’t get it.

The original crust is now flat and the edges are unedible. I looked forward to the fluffy edges so I could use them as breadsticks and dip in sauce. You can’t do that now. The stuffed crust is great though.

I had placed an order thru Uber Eats for a cheese pizza(and even though I had the order which showed I ordered CHEESE) it was sent to Papa Johns as a Sausage pizza. I contacted Uber eats they were willing to do nothing, so I contacted the store and spoke with Ryan he explained I would need to contact Uber eats I told him I had and they were willing to do nothing. I explained i couldn’t take a chance on eating the sausage as I am allergic, so I asked if I came in could he please swap the pizza out, he said it wasn’t policy since I had ordered thru a third party but yes he would. So I just want to thank Ryan for going above and beyond to fix something that wasn’t either mine or the stores fault it was UBER EATS FAULT.. BC they sent the wrong order to them

Ordered a pizza from the Sevierville location. It was delivered by door dash. We waited over an hour and it wasn’t even in a hot bag when it was delivered. We had to microwave it. Called and complained and was told sorry for the inconvenience. Will not be ordering from them again.

Not as good as Papa John’s on Parkway. Almost no sauce, pepperoni scarce, as little as 2 pieces per slice. Overall not a good experience. Don’t think I will use this one again.

My dad offered pizza when I arrived and was shocked to see that it was from Papa John’s. The presentation was negative 1000. Pepperoni was thrown everywhere on and off the pizza. The excuse was that it’s thin crust. The pizza looked as if an infant used the pizza for playtime. This is why I eat Mellow Mushroom.
