Ordered a simple Bagel with egg and cheese, they added $2.00 for extra egg which I did not ask for, lady murmured rudely “so you want the bare minimum “ as if she’s eating it, the bevel was so small, I’m not sure what happened to this chain, but their bagels used to be the staple of bagels, it’s definitely cost cutting over customer’s satisfaction.

What the hell is this??? These are the weirdest looking bagels I’ve ever ever seen. Why do they have hole punctures in them? they’re not only strange for Einstein bagels, but for bagel period. I’ve been eating at this place for years and I’ve never seen anything like this. These are supposed to be green chili bagels. These bagels are pretty expensive and they look awful I would never want to serve them to my guest. They look like they have been stepped on.

I had such a great experience at Einstein Bagels recently, all thanks to Paulette, Isaiah, and France! They were absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked in, their friendly attitudes made the whole visit really enjoyable.
They were super efficient and made sure my order was perfect, even when it was busy. It’s always awesome when you get such genuinely helpful and positive service, and they really delivered on that. Their teamwork was clear, and it made for a smooth and pleasant stop.
If you’re heading to Einstein Bagels, definitely look out for Paulette, Isaiah, and France. They really make a difference and provide top-notch service that just brightens your day!

The bagels at this location are the Best! They are Fresh & Delicious. David & Paulette are AMAZING!!!! They are helpful and friendly. They always greet you with a warm SMILE. Came in at 910am, didn’t get my order completed till 942am and they were not busy.. At any rate. I ordered a coffee as well. Coffee was literally sugar. No one felt like working it seemed like. Customer service was non existent. Luckily this area has other bangles options…

I’m kind of a bagel snob (born and raised in NY and am here on vacation) I wasn’t expecting NY level bagels but this was honestly depressing. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel, They don’t even cook the bacon and egg on a griddle they just pull it out of a warming drawer like a McDonald’s and the bagels themselves were on par with a Dunkin bagel (which isn’t saying much). Staff was nice, but overall a disappointing Experience. When I was watching them prepare it I knew it wasn’t gonna be good but tried it anyways, took one bite and threw it away.

Cherie is the best! One of the best tasting bagels I’ve ever had! I highly recommend their everything bagel. Both the lox and pepper spreads were amazing. Super great and friendly service by Cherie and the staff. Great pricing and portion. I got the bagel when it came out fresh. Nice indoor seating. I highly recommend and would come back!
