PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Ordered the new Spicy Chicken Ranch today. I added green pepper, onion and shredded cheese. Picked up the pizza and drove back to my hotel only to find no chicken, no bacon and no onion. They just made the base and added the extra stuff I wanted. Took it back and they weren’t even sorry about it. Asked for a full refund. Hopefully it comes through.

I ordered from this place many times before, but this recent one was just absolutely horrible. I dont know if the old delivery people quit ,but the ones from before were WAYYYY better at navigating and gave good service. The new delivery guy, Shotarp or something, could not understand a map or simple instructions over the phone. He delivered my food about 50 minutes after i ordered online, only to have forgotten my drink. He let me know he would be back with the drink, after i showed him the location he was originally was suppose to go.
I gave him some time but after waiting about 20 minutes i just called the store. I waited another 20 minutes just on hold trying to contact them to see if the delivery guy was on his way or just gave up on completing my order that i paid for.
After someone finally answered the phone and i let them know the situation, they sent the delivery guy back to complete my order, my pizza was cold by the time i got everything…the people running this place are just not that great.

If I could give this place 1 star I would. Worst pizza I have ever had ! I will never come back to this store again.. the pizza was super dry, and tasted like cardboard…. The sauce on the pizza literally was dry . Horrible . As a manager , whoever manages this location needs to put their staff into better training because with all of the dominos commercials that I see all the time , yall are letting people down. Get it together!!!!

The quality of these pizzas has gone from bad to worse. Every single pizza was not prepared right, forget about the perfection they are promising. We ordered 5 large pizza with 3 toppings each. There were barely any toppings on some. When I checked the order there at pickup and pointed out, Cashier/Pizzamaker/Manager agrees that there is not enough bell pepper on one but the onions are right amount because he has been doing this for 3 years, but did not offer to correct the error. my last 5 orders, every single one of them were messed up. There is a reason why some restaurants are not getting any business and shutting down. THIS IS ONE OF THOSE. I gave way too many last chances to this location. When I give negative review, usually that means that I let go of such experiences atleast 3 times because it is a business and we are all humans and make mistakes. But this time is way too much.

The cheese is attached directly to the crust. (I ordered thin crust and, yes, I checked the receipt… I did indeed order a white sauce.)
C’mon guys. For two larges, you want $40 (after $28 in coupons) but want to put $2 at best in toppings on the pizza?

Ordered 3 pizzas and 4 drinks for delivery, only 3 drinks delivered. Pizza was not cut and missing items on the pizzas. Contacted manager and they were supposed to deliver missing items but they never did. This place was a major disappointment. Spend your money elsewhere
